Huge ads not scrolling

Got a new one here, for me at least. Huge ads taking up top half of screen, I understand there are some pretty big ads but this one stays static and doesn’t scroll.

Once a scrolling ad appears, you’re left with an entire screen of advert as per screenshot

Yes, me too, it is annoying, can’t close it or get to anything underneath it - like notifications.

I’ve had the cow one and a piglet. The cow one is a distressing image as the cows look like they have something wrapped round them. Makes me think it’s a hack or something? No branding- animals rights groups? I don’t even eat cows or pigs and I don’t want to see that!!

Urgh they’re hideous! Does anyone ever actual even buy things they’ve seen on ads or even click on the links? Mine clearly isn’t tailored to me very well as it keeps showing me Versace swimwear when I’m sat in a freezing cold home that I can’t afford to heat 😂🙈.

Mumsnet HQ did threaten us with a future of bigger/more intrusive ads didn’t they, if we didn’t cough up for mumsnet ‘premium’? I wonder if this is their plan for the future.
