is anyone else have trouble posting tonight? my keyboard keeps disappearing mid word whilst typing I'm on a samsung smart phone?

The keyboard disappears and you accidentally hit the trending now post under the keyboard

So then you jump to the thread you accidentally hit and loose what you had typed

Losing whole posts because of it.

I'm on chrome, android web version.

yes it's happening again for me tonight too. I'm trying to screen record it happening so I can send it to mumsnet HQ so they can see it happening.

Glad I saw this.
Took 5 attempts to post a message tonight.
Dh accused me of being tipsy, He may or may not be correct
But not tipsy enough to not be able to post on MN

it is not too bad tonight sometimes it is much worse and keyboard dissapears every 5 seconds or so.

Was just going to post that's its been better in the last half hour. But this is my 4th attempt at writing this.

Can't type for some reason.

Very odd.

I did 3 separate posts last night to avoid loosing what I was writing. But it seems much more stable now.
I think other posters are right the issue is late at night

Motorola phone

It only happens at night and you can't screenshot anything because the keyboard just disappears. And then you end up accidentally hitting trending topics which takes you to a different thread so you lose what you've typed. I'm on a Samsung A71.

Its happened a couple of times this morning. Chrome on android. Around 8.30am

We've received a heap of videos and photos, for which we're really thankful. We've managed to identify the issue but it's not very good news - it's really quite difficult to resolve from our end.

Just to add to the info, I use the Swype keyboard, not the standard Samsung one.

it's happening again tonight. is this a samsung problem then and not MN? have you any idea why it only starts to happen at night and only on MN?

I have a samsung and the same issue.
After 4 words or so the reply box slips away.

I am on Motorola witha gboard keyboard. No factory reset option for keyboard...

Yes I had this a few days ago. Said swype.crashed and lost my long reply. Restarted phone and it hasn't happened since....
