Could you please help us out by clearing your caches and then coming back on to this specific thread to post and seeing if the same thing happens when you post here? This will help us to test out a solution.

I cant get the active pages up

This is the first time I’ve had this problem, but it is very bad this morning. I thought it was a glitch with the new platform and was surprised to read that it has been happening to some late night posters for a while. (I am usually a late night poster)

Don't know if this is brain fog on my part but mumsnet seems to be logging me out after I thought I'd logged in.

I've had to log in 3 times today and can't get on active convos

Couldn't get on at all this morning, kept asking me to put in the one off code I'd been sent

I don't tend to bother posting at night now - I was often online between 2 and 5 but it just isn't worth it and I'm not coming back each night as a free tester for Mumsnet as it is infuriating!

separately though this morning there was a beta site up and it wanted the code it had sent me. I didn't have a code!?

This is really putting me off mumsnet and I'm a heavy user!

Yes, me too. I've just posted in another thread about this. Android, Chrome. It's as if the comment box becomes uneditable, and is instead a hyperlink for "close this browser tab and switch focus to the next one". I particularly notice it when I'm using quotes, or when I'm switching between windows to look things up, or copy text. But sometimes it just happens when I click within my comment to edit it before pressing 'post'.

It's not just at night. Happens all the time.

Is there a way you can capture this on video for us? A screen recording of the journey you take and how and when this happens would be really useful for us.

We thought we located and fixed the problem but as that isn't the case, we're a bit stuck on what to do next.
