Me too. It somehow hits the back button on you while you’re typing, and then you have to type it all again and then you’re posting in the prior thread without realising. So annoying.

It does that to me too. Swipes me away to a totally different thread.

We're really sorry that we haven't been able to resolve this issue yet - @RobertSmithsLipstick, you seem to have been having a particularly bad time posting last night. Are things any better for you this morning?

We can see that this is incredibly frustrating for many of you and we'll be back with any information as soon as we can.

Honestly @DawnMumsnet, it makes the site virtually unusable when it's bad. Mine has been playing up less in the last few days though...hope I haven't cursed it by saying that!

Yup. It's so frustrating to type a post and lose it. Repeatedly.

I've been having this problem too. I've lost so many posts. I keep having to use the notes app on my phone to type and copy and paste it over here, but it's annoying to have to do that. Right now it seems fine, but then later it will start playing up again, it's doing it every day for me.

I don't think my issues were any worse than anyone else's.
I just posted what it would let me before swiping me away, to show what it's like.

The same thing is happening to me right now as well! It keeps flashing up AIBU or threads I'm on when I'm typing a comment and scroll to check a detail in the OP, I click on the screen to stop it and then it clicks a link or ad, really frustrating. Between that and the keyboard bug I'm losing so many posts.

Do you change anything on the site at midnight uk time? @MNHQ because thats when it starts to happen. it is fine now in the afternoon but starts at 12am and makes posting almost impossible.

It’s just happened to me twice and I’ve lost 2 posts. That and the fact that a lot of threads are blank after advertisements and it’s making the site unusable for me at the moment.

It was fine ten mins ago.

Basically the keyboard disappears and I end up clicking on the active threads with my next inadvertent click. I’ve only been able to do this message by using voice recognition.

For me, it's around 10pm it goes wrong
