is anyone else have trouble posting tonight? my keyboard keeps disappearing mid word whilst typing I'm on a samsung smart phone?

Can you confirm whether it's the app that you are using? And it seems some of you are on iPhones and some on android?

It wasn't something obvious that could be screen shotted, you'd start typing a post and suddenly the box would disappear and jump to a different thread almost like you were hitting a back button or something. You would then go and find the thread, start typing again and it would happen again. I was blaming my phone, and didn't realise until i saw this thread that i wasn't alone.
This is helpful, thank you - we'll pass it on to tech.

Hi folks

We've received a heap of videos and photos, for which we're really thankful. We've managed to identify the issue but it's not very good news - it's really quite difficult to resolve from our end.

Can users experiencing this issue try this, and let us know if it resolves the problem?

Thanks so much for the patience here.

We've been trying to replicate this behind the scenes - it only happened for us when the advert was in view.

Can we ask you to try typing when the ad is not in view?

On Iphone the ad disappears when you click to type a message, is this the same for android?

Let us know and we'll report this back to our developers.

We're really sorry that this issue is taking so long to resolve - we can see how frustrating this must be.

Can you all please check if you have any existing MN tabs open on your devices? The old settings might still be in the cache memory, so if you can please try closing any existing tabs and then re-opening the site in a new tab, that may just help.

Please let us know how you get on. If you're still having problems, please can you specify the device, model and browser you're using.

Ye5 again, impossible to post after midnight. Getting fed up with page refreshing and half-typed post disappearing.
Hi Furries,

Is there a way you can capture this on video for us? A screen recording of the journey you take and how and when this happens would be really useful for us.

We thought we located and fixed the problem but as that isn't the case, we're a bit stuck on what to do next.

If you can get a video for us then please email it over on [email protected] - we would really appreciate it.
