I had posted about dispatches documentary aired 15/4/20

Clearly I cannot say what about.

I have drawn parallels to the cse scandal with certain elements of society grooming children.
That's a fact
And widely discussed now on the boards.
I work I law and have brought many of those perpetrators to justice.
I think had I listed about that issue 15 years ago I would have been told I was being racist an shit down , just as I an now in trying to talk about another minority group and their links to crime .

Why can I not talk about a documentary aired last night around this very topic !? Please explain. This is not a thread about a thread . I'm just curious as to why some topics are taboo and taken down ? Hindsight has shown us that there are lessons to be learnt about certain elements of society regarding crime.
Why is it ok to talk about some things and not others ?

I get it imcockerhoop but I think that unfortunately, a lot of people feel the need to attack people who bring it up, as a sort of virtue signalling competition.

I don't know how it can be sorted out with these sorts of social barriers to discussion in place. So Rotherham will happen again and again. It's sad and just puts the victims last. And problems in the travelling community are extremely hard to tackle because culturally, they don't like outside interference.

Before any hard of thinking types jump on me, I'm not saying that those problems only exist in travelling communities, just that they are trickier in some ways, to deal with.

It is very tricky. I've never dealt with any minority more closed and private, not to mention anti establishment.

Victims should not be last . That's my stand on this. Yes I agree that virtue signalling is more important to many and being seen to be "right on" is more important- and I find that difficult.

I would just say to anyone who is angry at what I've said to watch this weeks dispatches documentary and think for themselves.

I care very deeply about the victims cse in Rotherham because I've worked with many of them.

Which is precisely why I don't think it's healthy to pretend certain crimes aren't associated with certain factions of society.
