App won’t connect to the internet

When I try to use the app, I just get a blank page telling me that it can’t connect to the internet. Our connection is fine, but this is happening on both my devices. It was fine yesterday. I logged out on one device , but now it won’t let me log back in, telling me that “new users can’t do that yet”. I’m not a new user!

Any ideas?

Mumsnet was down for several hours overnight - I got up around 5am and couldn't connect at all. Still not able to at 7 am.

It's pretty terrible at the moment. Especially in the evenings, but I also encounter it during the day.

I get this exact issue all the time. During day or evening. It seems to work ok via 4g but not WiFi. Going through web address is fine, it’s just the app on both android and iPad.

@SophieLMumsnet hi it happens all the time. I'm emailing every week about it. This time it hasn't worked for days. Did you do something as it is actually working now 🤷‍♀️

I can't log in at all now on the App. I did an update yesterday on my iPad. I'm using an old version of iOs (9.3.5). I am having to use Mumsnet on my laptop so I'm reading it less ….but the house is tidier Grin

Hey guys, you're absolutely right, we can see some issues affecting specific users at around 9pm last night. These incidents are isolated but at the time can be quite crippling, so apologies! We're looking into what happened at that time.
