SN threads not appearing in active convos

Threads still don't appear in active convos

I know you saud you would look into it, but any chance this can be sorted out......I don't think it's just me!

Hello everyone. We're so sorry this has taken such a long time to sort out. The threads should now appear in active conversations if you've opted in here.

Let us know on this thread if you have any problems.

Could mnhq post a “sticky” type thread to make it clear how people can access them now it is sorted? Would be a shame for people who don’t know about tjenopt in to miss out
