SN threads not appearing in active convos

Threads still don't appear in active convos

I know you saud you would look into it, but any chance this can be sorted out......I don't think it's just me!

Morning all,

Tech are working on this as we speak and hope (all being well) to have a fix in place by the end of the day. They've asked us to check whether you have the box ticked here on mobile? We know desktop is an issue, but if you could let us know if you've got the mobile version ticked, that would be really helpful.

@SophieLMumsnet where can I find such settings on the mobile site? I tried looking in account settings but couldn't find a box to check.

i use either the desk top , or Ipad and neither have a box to tick.

iPhone doesn’t either, not on the link anyway. Am I missing something? Any iPhone users?

No as this thread is on site stuff not one of the sn boards. From what I can tell they still aren’t working

Yep mine is ticked on mobile, and I'm opted in to all of them on desktop, even the ones which aren't applicable to me.

Because it looks like you don’t give a shit to be perfectly honest. If that’s the case, just say that, but don’t keep popping up with half hearted promises and then doing nothing.
