Mobile site keeps freezing up

I'm on Silk Browser on Kindle Fire HDX.
For the last 3 days, the site freezes, refresh goes on for ages, threads disappear half way down as if only half the page loaded and I have to shut the tab and start again each time.

Me too it's driving me mad

Thought it was my dear old Fire! Glad it's not just me but what's going to be done about it! Driving me scatty!

Please fix this Mumsnet. It's so frustrating and it's been going on for days now.

Can mumsnet clarify if they don't think it's their problem. Days ago the message said they would look into it but nothing since. I can only open the first page of any thread now on my kindle fire on silk.

Same here thought the kindle was at deaths door.

I have reported my last post, asking for an update.

(Then closed tab, opened new tab, reopened MN)

It's still fairly unusable this morning.

I'm not using a kindle...

Page speed has improved but buttons still very slow to load.

I've been having the same problems with Silk. I wondered if there was a thread, but haven't been able to stay on the site long enough to go looking for one. This is the first time it's shown up in Active for me.

Ooh this thread is a relief. Same problems here, I can only read page 1 of any thread then the whole thing freezes. Very frustrating but I'm relieved it's not my kindle dying!

Still on going problems this am.

Not freezing but saying I have no internet connection when I clearly do!

I've reloaded the app on my phone about 10 times in the last month but it hasn't stopped it happening.

Even worse since my post earlier think I might just stop trying, maybe because only a few are complaining mnhq are not giving it high priority??

Yep it's totally unuseable on my kindle now. I'm only on my laptop because I am doing some work (for once) but I use my kindle 99% of the time. Please fix it MNHQ!

Thought it was solved as got through 5 pages of a thread but frozen twice before page 8

I don't even bother trying to access MN on kindle fire now. Total waste of time with screen freezes constant. Sometimes MN doesn't even open to begin.

I'm just using my phone for MN now. The kindle was too frustrating.

It's almost enough to make me wonder if MN have fallen out with Amazon and are hoping to get everyone buying tablets and smartphones from their rivals....

Silk browser on kindle fire too, been really bad for the last week (was beginning to think it was my kindle!)

So sloooooow. S2 tablet, native browser.

MNHQ, any update? I've stayed off MN all day. Just tried to open a few threads and the same thing is still happening.
