I feel sorry for Justine et al - must be a bit demoralising trying to imrpove things when it causes a tantrum every time. No offence to anyone but I dont undertsand why you are all so outraged!

I'll add my tuppence as well,
popped in earlier in between appointments and was so bewildered left agin, so big thumbs down, didn't have time, couldn't be arsed to find anything
seems to be little more user friendly now
