I usually hate the "it's not like the old days" threads, but I have to say I really don't come here for the laughs anymore. It's all so earnest. I've seen some people even discuss parenting .

I don't know. The nit picking (don't get me wrong, I like a good argument) has become so tedious and continuous I can't be arsed pursuing a point and would rather "let" the PO "win the internet".

I was mildly arguing a point the other week and the other person was picking over semantics, so I thought, "fuck it" and hid the thread. It was so tedious, I've forgotten what it was even about. I think I was even boring myself.
