Yes, you're all on it!
No but we have, as you may know because I inadvertently posted it a few times instead of reporting, a OTW (one to watch) acronym. It can apply to a thread or a poster and it means that this person might be (delete as appropriate): shit-stirring, troll, spamming, having a very bad day.

People out themselves by forgetting to name change all the time. Being highlighted would make no difference. You could always stick a huge reminder on the name change screen?

I just read some of the threads that turn out to be trolls and you've generally had excellent support, advice and personal accounts up to the point that Trollery is suspected/discovered.

To me that's more important.

Oh, or what about deleting the Trolls posts? Although I expect that would just make the thread more confusing.
