But we also thought it might be useful/interesting to have a live discussion about how how about we do things re moderation etc...

What happened to POM the bear? He came and had pictures taken with D Miliband and D Mumsnet then SUPPOSEDLY vanished.

Wasn't us. Honest.

He spent a couple of weeks at the Towers (mostly in Rebecca's handbag) but then we sent him on his merry way.

yy to Tee re thanks to MN and absence of swear filter. In fact, I'd like to ask that we can have the opposite. Whenever we get the overly twee use of asterisks - someone posting f*k or sht - can we have a filter that types out the word in full? If you want to swear, swear. Don't do it half-arsedly.

Don't you think having stars are just stupid anyway - it's not like I don't say the word in my head when I read it, so what's the point of them? One bloke at this forum meet up thingy said that they decided what to put in the swear filter by thinking about what would offend his mother. I did quite enjoy that the one site in the group that allowed swearing was the very one designed for his mother.

Haha funnys I am in fact a very long-standing MNer wha had to nc earlier this week for a work-related dilemma!

Fruit shortcakes. Oh my, I could eat packets of them in one go. I do not allow myself to buy them anymore. Mostly because my children also like them and it would mean having to share them. I gave them life FFS, what more do they want?
