Does Mumsnet have a clear anti-bullying policy? Where is it, what is it?

I've looked on guidelines but apart from stating no personal attacks there really isn't much.

I know that there have been people after handouts on MN, it's the nature of the internet.

But I feel a bit uncomfortable with the thought that anyone who is genuinely fed up with being skint and having as moan , is assumed to be on the scrounge.

Trust Pinot to like Tim. She's so straight up and nice that she loves and supports everyone - even Tim.
