Does Mumsnet have a clear anti-bullying policy? Where is it, what is it?

I've looked on guidelines but apart from stating no personal attacks there really isn't much.

I see what people are saying about the money thing but if it's that thread done comments did get rather personal. I felt sorry for the poster.

A lot of these problems would disappear if they just got rid of the appeal, tbh. I think it's moved too far from what it was supposed to be, and has turned into a magnet for a well-spun hard luck story

I think its a nice idea, I nominated someone who I thought deserved something nice, not because I'd got the impression she was hard up.

I haven't read the thread in question though, but I don't think there is anything wrong with having a moan about money, no one has to read it do they? I certainly wouldn't think they were 'begging' or hint dropping.

Most nornal people are dignifiedly quiet about the really crap stuff. It pays to be circumspect when posting. Unless you enjoy your arse being bitted. And that's a very general statement - no one specific in mind.
