Christ times change. I swam topless (aged 19) at my friends v v v posh Cheshire wedding. (Her mother went ballistic though and ordered me out of the pool and into one of her cantilevered swimming costumes before I was allowed to resume my breast stroke. Still can't look the woman in the eye.)

Lonelymumsicle · 09/09/2005 22:15

Lonelymum · 09/09/2005 22:21

Moondog, were you the cabaret?

moondog · 09/09/2005 22:23

Me and a load of Hoorays from Shrewsbury school all clutching bottles of champers, braying loudly and fully clothed in djs, natch.
(I tend to avoid such folk these days. Not that many in deepest Kurdistan come to think of it....)

Lonelymum · 09/09/2005 22:25

So they were in DJs and you were topless? I repeat were you the cabaret?

moondog · 09/09/2005 22:26

Errrr..yes lm.
Looking back,I probably was.

Lonelymum · 09/09/2005 22:26

Come on girl! How p**d do you have to be to think swimming topless at a wedding is the right thing to do?

puffywuffybum · 09/09/2005 22:26

lol moondog, I wish I'd got mine out a bit more when they were in their glory days !

ediemay · 09/09/2005 22:28

Yep do that too. Is that wrong? I am southern English, quite posh in the accent department though.
