FlyMeToDunoon · 26/07/2009 21:54

FlyMeToDunoon · 26/07/2009 21:58
Grin
5inthebed · 26/07/2009 21:59

LOL Nicola. What colour liner?

nicolamumof3 · 26/07/2009 22:03

the charcoal/yellow one

5inthebed · 26/07/2009 22:06

Oh pretty. Will it be mainly for DS2 or 3?

FlyMeToDunoon · 26/07/2009 22:06

Oooh that makes my eyes go funny.

The Trophy air is so pretty and it won't sell.

nicolamumof3 · 26/07/2009 22:17

well really for ds3 as it will be my everyday pram. lose the triumph and im back down to two!!

will they not post trophy?

FlyMeToDunoon · 26/07/2009 22:25

Oh trophy has too many things against it: I don't need and wouldn't be able to store or sell carrycot, ditto car seat, they wouldn't want to keep carrycot either because the hood and apron go on both.
Anyhooo...
So you will have two rather similar pushchairs hmmmm?

Knickers0nMaHead · 27/07/2009 08:02

morning everyone. Undecided whether to keep ziko or not. Ds nearly fell out of the harness yesterday!

nicolamumof3 · 27/07/2009 08:18

morning all!

yes thats all i want dunoon two buggies, the xt will be for everyday use the quest then for tate if i need it or when i need something more lightweight.

knickers, the one bad thing about the ziko is the floating blooming harness its ridiculous on a buggy with no bumper bar. the new ones have a fixed harness much better imo.

FlyMeToDunoon · 27/07/2009 09:38

Morning.
Poured all night and still very damp now.
I have a day of waiting for couriers. One picking up Winnie stroller and one delivering DD1's new mattress.
Also I may do a little house work.

Maybe.

JigglyPiggy · 27/07/2009 10:18

morning

please stop linking to bebe conforts! I am still trying to part with the two I have and I've been sucked straight back in again

What is a floating harness? is it just a M&P feature?

mustsleep · 27/07/2009 10:40

I've had a zike on loan from m and p whilst my moove was being fixed and I hated it, it was heavy and the harnesses are dangerous imo

which baby conforts have you had jigglypiggy I had the streey when pregnant with dd cos it gives the impression you can fold it when rearfacing bu you couldn't but I did really like it lol - I also hhad a Loola too

JigglyPiggy · 27/07/2009 10:57

got a loola and an urban life chassis and I use a loola seat with both and a streety car seat.

I now have a frog and I'm dithering about building the bee as I have the chassis. i need something small for the car so I think the bee would be good plus the streety car seat fits the bee adaptors but not the frog

didnt like the feel of the streety in store but its like an itch you need to scratch you know you should'nt but.....

mustsleep · 27/07/2009 11:10

lol tell me about it!! I have just sold a Bee and I think it's a brill buggy just not great for the buses round here - If I could drive I would have kept it lol

Just ordered petite star zia 4 too lol hope when I send one of them back boots don't drag their feet refunding me!!

JigglyPiggy · 27/07/2009 11:17

i was tempted by your bee but Ive only just had a mass clearout so DH would not be impressed (must find better hidding places)plus i think he would like to use the funds for his new obsession - xbox

i guess its only fair to share!

claret1980 · 27/07/2009 12:08

Afternoon all!

Dh has said that it would be advisable to keep the zapp for hols but no longer. Ds1 is at that age.

I hated the Ziko harnesses, they always fell down. Didn't really keep ds2 secure at all. That was one of the main reasons for selling it when I did.

OP posts:
claret1980 · 27/07/2009 12:10

Dh is also announced that he wants rid of the car. He wants a Galaxy, Zafira or Espace.

Anyone want an R reg Nissan Serena that has only done 55,000 miles? Its got 8 seats.

OP posts:
Knickers0nMaHead · 27/07/2009 12:38

im abit about this ziko. The footrest was broken but my dad managed to secure it in place, theres paint on the seat which wont come off and theres a strap missing off the raincover.

claret1980 · 27/07/2009 12:48

I would complain and maybe get a partial refund as the faults obviously weren't listed when you bought it.

OP posts:
mustsleep · 27/07/2009 13:04

I wouldn't be happy about that if it wasn't pointed out before you bought it! How much did you pay for it?

FlyMeToDunoon · 27/07/2009 13:36

Itchy itchy want to buy something.
What am I going to do with myself when DD is out of pushchairs?
Jane Energy sitting in cupboard doing nothing but I think I will use that more when she goes to nursery as its slightly more appropriate for a three year old.
Still love the feel of my Infinity but that may go If getting less use in the Autumn.
Hmmmmmmmm
