Oooh mrsjammi a rare Loola lover. Most seem to find them heavy and difficult to manouvre [sp?] with older dcs.
Hauck is no loss. Cost £10 and I picked it up locally. It's back on ebay at £10 bin or best offer [whispers...£7.50] lol

oh there you all are, haven't been obsessing over prams for a bit but just checking in

think I may sell the Infinity I don't know

FlyMeToDunoon · 22/07/2009 21:55

Good for you mrsjammi!

arabicabean · 22/07/2009 21:55

I don't have one either, too ubiquitous for me. Instead, I have an Emmaljunga that I simply love. Can thankfully say that I have not seen another on my travels (but then I don't live in Sweden).

Well i have only been catching up on here for a little while and already i have it in my head that i still really do like the bjce for walking to school and even some shopping trips on those low liner bus but i am finding i really don't like the obaby atlas for short trips and for our holidays in tenerife. It is too narrow and my little one just slides down the seat all the time. The wheels are so rickity and the brakes so noicey bashing of the back wheels anyway i would love another bjcm. Oh did i just say that? My hubby would hit the roof. I think it would be great for hols. My mum still does not understand why i sold my green one as she loved it. So easy to handle and the obaby so heavy to push. What do you think am i mad to even consider this. I know norma has both.

horsemadgal · 23/07/2009 00:22

Yes basl get another BJCM

nicolamumof3 · 23/07/2009 07:50

no basl not mad at all. if you use the stroller a fair amount then you deserve to have a good one. i liked my obaby vintage but i did only use it a handful of times. im a maclaren lover when it comes to strollers i have a triumph (for the rare occasions tate needs a buggy) and quest for every day use. im not really drawn to the BJCM but the hood would be fab for hols.

FlyMeToDunoon · 23/07/2009 08:14

Morning all.
Taga loks good but I think I would be nervous with the child up front in the event of a collision.
Also the outrageous price!
Yes basi I agree- get another bjcm.

Shamelessly encouraging more spending on pushchairs naughty!!

Knickers0nMaHead · 23/07/2009 09:21

i loved my loola and didnt find it too heavy even with nearly 2yo dd in it. Ive got a p&t, infinity and will have a ziko in 40mins

nicolamumof3 · 23/07/2009 09:30

what ziko did you get knickers? i really like them, only other stroller i like apart from my macs!

mamadiva · 23/07/2009 09:38

Hey ladies, not been around for a while as trying not to obsess over pushchairs

How is everyone?

I'm still happy as can be with my BJCM! Wish I'd bought it so much sooner.

Need some advice, my friend's shed got broken into on Tuesday night and her pushchair was stolen. She wants another rear facer that does'nt cost the earth and that she can buy locally.

Has been narrowed down to Chicco for me, Loola and Obaby Zezu.

Any opinions? She does'nt have a car and walks a lot. Needs to fold with seat on and be comfy enough for a 4MO without car seat or carrycot.

Thanks

Knickers0nMaHead · 23/07/2009 09:52

Nic, Im getting the petite canary one. I had a ziko before, cant remeber what it was one. Swapped it for my mutsy urban which I regretted really. Glad you had a fab wedding!

onelittlelion · 23/07/2009 09:52

I just sold my bjcm but not should have done now! Rarely used it but now not got an emergency stroller! We will survive but you know what I mean

mustsleep · 23/07/2009 09:58

Hi everyone I have been soooo good lately have had the same pushchair for a full 10 months!!

have the bugaboo bee in blue at the mo and loove it ....but i's not that great for the bus really and we are going on holiday next year so thinking of getting a petite star zia to take with us

Or would something else be better must fold fairly small and be light and easy to fold and unfold

nicolamumof3 · 23/07/2009 10:32

i wouldn't get a zia they seem flimsy to me and v.v.low down.

knickers i love the petit canari its really lovely!

Knickers0nMaHead · 23/07/2009 10:38

Just stuck all the covers in the wash cos i like them to smell of my wash powder! Got infinity covers to wash after then have to decide which one is going to the inlaws. Think im better of keeping the ziko here as i dont drive so its great for the bus. But then the infinity is good for walking. Its not as if im going to be using it much as dd only goes to theirs twice a week.

claret1980 · 23/07/2009 10:51

I loved my Zikos

Mustsleep don't get a zia, they are really flimsy, ike Nicoa said. The handles were too low for me and I'm 5ft 1! A Maclaren or a M&P Pulse would be a good holiday buggy.

Here you all are!!

I love love love my bugaboo, off out in a mo for long walk to town with it. Bought a yummy mummy bag last night - bargain at 25!! It's the birds and bees JL one, had one from new with dd then sold it for a smaller one. Only 3 weeks to find out if splodge IS a girl or not or will be selling the girly bits for blue insted.

Not keen on the zia either, loved the features but very flimsy and too low for me at 5ft 8.

horsemadgal · 23/07/2009 11:23

onelittlelion, hey how are you? If you have text me I don't have it as my phone dead and only got car charger!!
at you selling your BJCM though, what you left with?

onelittlelion · 23/07/2009 11:40
