Aww Dis, how cute! What is her/his name?

Disenchanted3 · 02/08/2009 00:55

Not sure yet either Daisy, Saffy or Lucy?!

FlyMeToDunoon · 02/08/2009 08:24

What a lovely puppy Dis.
That wil add to the general mayhem that is life!

BexieID · 02/08/2009 09:20

Dis, is it a king charles spaniel? I like Saffy, then Daisy. Lucy is ok but my parents nickname anyone called Lucy 'Luce elastic' .

nicolamumof3 · 02/08/2009 09:43

nicolamumof3 · 02/08/2009 09:47

btw bex toddler step on pramette cannot really be used in pramette mode tbh. that was a fab bargain i love city scape on black chassis!

carrielou2007 · 02/08/2009 09:56

Morning all.

I was just about to say the same as Nicola, plus I think dd will be too heavy for it as she will be 3. I bumped into a friend yesterday and she had her prammette and I just thought I need one for the car and black suits me just right. Can't believe the price so am v v pleased!!

I can't see the pic of the puppy?? Why do you need to sell the bug though Dis?? Surely you will be doing lots of walking now you need a quality pram ??!!

Having v lazy day, my hair is now bone dry still in a towel on my head as I had my shower at 7am and dd still has no clothes on!

nicolamumof3 · 02/08/2009 10:06

Just off out for a walk whilst we have sunshine with the volo as that will have to go now. I can't have 4 buggies again however much I love it!!

claret1980 · 02/08/2009 11:39

Gorgeous puppy Dis!

Well its a nice day today so we are having a little walk with kids, then they have a party this afternoon.

Nicola, how expensive was Legoland? Was there anything that you had to pay for after admission? Just trying to gauge how much spending money we will need for a couple of days. We already have our admission tickets.
Thanks!

Woohoo, Infinity paid for - now what can I buy.........!

nicolamumof3 · 02/08/2009 12:43

Claret most things are inc. not much is extra. food and drink expensive and photo's of rides if you want them are. we always take own food anyway as its more convenient for us with kids to eat what we want when we want it iykwim.

Thanks Nicola! We are looking forward to going now. Just thinking that it will prob be very busy with it still being the school hols and all. How busy was it on Friday?

OP posts:
nicolamumof3 · 02/08/2009 13:14

some rides we queued an hour!! it was busy but i expected it to be so. didn't go in any of the restaurants or cafes so dont know about them. big shop at end was busy we got there about 11.30 and left at 6.30 could have stayed longer but we were shattered!! have you been before?

claret1980 · 02/08/2009 13:40

No we haven't been before. We have got a deal where you stay in a hotel for a few nights and have 2 days there.
We are going to go early for opening time as we are going to be staying a few miles away. Have found an asda so can grab a few sandwiches the day we go.

nicolamumof3 · 02/08/2009 13:43

good idea yes take all your drinks and snacks etc will save loads that way. the only thing we bought was icecreams! where are you travelling from do you live far from there?

5inthebed · 02/08/2009 15:52

Bexie, have you seen this one? I'm quite tempted to bid on it myself, I quite like Plikos. It's in great condition as well!

I love these covers as well. Not too girls are they?

nicolamumof3 · 02/08/2009 15:56

talking about those covers on another forum earlier they are lovely! not girly. but i find pliko's heavy for toddlers

i know someone on another board selling a black xt if any interest (she may advertise on here anyway) £99 del bargain!

5inthebed · 02/08/2009 16:04

That is a bargain Nicola. I've stil got my black XT comfort pack haha!

I love the covers, very pretty and fun.

nicolamumof3 · 02/08/2009 16:12

have you? i only need the head pillow tho really if its black as i've got black chest pads with pram. thinking of getting a red one. im getting a grey pom pom buggysnuggle as that will go with quest and xt. im loving xt just those damn hood pockets i still hate! you can't get anything in them!! apart from r/c of course!

FlyMeToDunoon · 02/08/2009 16:18

That xt is a bargain. Why though?
Right am seeing if interest in my Infinity and will put up with the handle cover and cosytoes as they match so well.
Does £80 sound too much?

5inthebed · 02/08/2009 16:21

Th buggysnuggle will look lovely on the black xt Nic.

nicolamumof3 · 02/08/2009 16:32

thank you 5in, yes i think it would go with both that and the quest (if that ever comes out the cupboard again!! )

just a pramaholic dunoon no other reason for cheap price it would be exc.cond.

i think £80 sounds fair all in.
