We seem to have reached the limit on the other one!

DS slightly less relaxed about the physics this morning. Hmmmph. Perhaps if he had done a tad more revision last night . . . ? Can't really complain though, he's been working so hard on the whole.

Dd was ok. Physics is her least favourite science so less pressure oddly Hmm

YeGodsAndLittleFishes · 12/06/2014 09:27

Glad she is up to going in, katymac and that her dad can take her. :)

Physics here too this morning. DD has done the best she can with revistion, but her Physcs has been less than organised and so it has not been as popular as Chemistry with her, but still will do both for As, all being well.

Not had too many nightmares myself, mainly due to me net sleeping well lately.

marymoocow · 12/06/2014 11:20

DS home, AQA physics was 'good'. Beginning to think that is the get out patter to prevent further inquisition and worryGrin .
One to go.....

YeGodsAndLittleFishes · 12/06/2014 11:32

Physics was 'just' unit one and was 'easy' and DD happy with it. One mire here too. I rwmembered to get some Piriton for tomorrow, now that the sun is out again. We've both had horrible hay fever on hot days so far this year.

KatyMac · 12/06/2014 11:35

She thought it was 'good' - and managed fine; but she was in the main hall and no isolation at all, just at the front and close to the door

mummytime · 12/06/2014 11:35

Oh I really hope DD found it Good too, she didn't like the Chemistry earlier this week. I haven't seen her yet.

sausagedog12 · 12/06/2014 12:48

Physics was good according to DS. One left this afternoon I bet he can hardly contain himself!!!!

TweeAintMee · 12/06/2014 13:01

Yup, Physics good here too. Just Biology left on Monday.

bruffin · 12/06/2014 14:22

DD was pleased with physics as well. Last exam tomorrow and we have another week of DS A2 levels and thats it and can relax until August.

MissScatterbrain · 12/06/2014 14:35

For those who did Physics today - which board and paper was it?

No news yet from DC. Next week is Biology 2 and Chemistry 2 - both nicely spread out over the week.

MorvahRising · 12/06/2014 14:36

Physics OK here too, but we've still got maths tomorrow, biology and chemistry next week, and then more physics and statistics the following Monday! I'm so envious of anyone finishing this week. I fear I shall be the only one left on the thread by the 23rd!

Katy glad DD was OK - what a relief.

MissScatterbrain ours was physics OCR - our DCs seem to have been doing very similar boards for most things from reading your posts. I'll have some company next week anyway!

Morvah DS did AQA physics

sausagedog12 · 12/06/2014 14:47

Sorry that was for MissScatterbrain

bruffin · 12/06/2014 14:54

physics AQA

Unexpected · 12/06/2014 14:59

Anyone doing Edexcel Physics this morning? DS1 said it was" relatively good" but some hard 6 mark questions.

MissScatterbrain · 12/06/2014 15:07

Edexcel here too Unxpected.

Thanks Morvah and Sausage.

TweeAintMee · 12/06/2014 15:59

iEdexcel here. Just Biology 2 to go on Monday morning.

YeGodsAndLittleFishes · 12/06/2014 16:00

AQA for physics for us this morning.
Edexel Maths tomorrow.

ABRSM music theory, then we're done.
DD already booking her time ahead for voluntary work and meet ups with friends here and there as shift to no more exams potentially more stressful for her. Roll on results day so we can know for sure where A levels will be.

sausagedog12 · 12/06/2014 16:21

FINISHED what a relief ........DS found computing good so we can end on high note and chill until august. WineCakeFootball

DD says she actually needed her extra time (OCR additional physics), they actually wanted some equations and some calculations. I think thats a shock after Chemistry gave them the answers.

Maths tomorrow and She's Done!

She suspects that some of her ckassmates were planning to watch the World Cup opening rather than revise.

I fear beer will be drank and there will be some pupils not feeling like getting up.

Leeds2 · 12/06/2014 17:33

DD's physics was IGSCE. Also did WJEC Latin.

Just biology left now on Monday. Don't think she is planning on doing much before Sunday.

Ohwhatfuckeryisthis · 12/06/2014 17:33

Bio today, think it was ok. Maths tomorrow then I think maths, chem and physics. This time next week...
