It is a Scottish government chart and was on the bbc Twitter page

titsbumfannythelot · 13/01/2021 10:09

What do we think will realistically be curtailed today?

WaxOnFeckOff · 13/01/2021 10:14

There was a BBC article talking about the differences between the two lock downs so I guess anything in the "different" from before will be fair game.

I think not being able to meet any households outside, non essential click and collect. Workplaces maybe threatened with fines for having people in?

Please please please don't take away our walks with a friend. I'll sacrifice takeaway collection but please don't stop me meeting a friend

ICouldHaveCheckedFirst · 13/01/2021 10:33

Sorted, Wax, just stop people going to shops, providing personal care, and their own home, and we'll beat that pesky virus.

Doors will be welded shut at midnight tonight.

yep, pretty much, better remember to bring the bins in, or put them all out? Confused
ICouldHaveCheckedFirst · 13/01/2021 10:47

I missed out health care. We're all doomed.

ICouldHaveCheckedFirst · 13/01/2021 10:48

I mean, if you did the same survey on the population as a whole, it wouldn't look much different, would it?

AgentCooper · 13/01/2021 10:53

Checking in. Hope everyone is doing ok, especially the home schoolers.

Today I’ve decided to go back on the exercise bike in our freezing cold drippy she’d because I don’t know when I’ll get swimming again. Am not looking forward to it but will put on my Cobra Kai t-shirt in a feeble attempt to feel badass.

A lot of dirty looks when taking my toddler to the supermarket yesterday but I’m past caring. He was in a trolley, not touching stuff, and I don’t know what else I could do other than tie him up outside with the dugs.

Dinnafashyersel · 13/01/2021 11:18

Agent my 20 year old DD1 was skating in the puddles to entertain the toddlers yesterday. She felt bad when they copied her and ended up in a heap but they were fine in their snowsuits and still laughing. She also loves making them smile in the supermarket as do I.

People who judge do it in normal times - apparently you should always shop when your DC are in daycare or stick to on-line. Normal people don't. (Yet another MN debate I have to steer clear of to avoid accusations of Goady Fuckery).

Dinnafashyersel · 13/01/2021 11:21

Now it is Oxford vaccine being rolled out and Healthcare and Nursing Homes all but done I have no idea why it is "difficult". Almost exactly the same cohort as the flu vaccine which doesn't take months on end. Don't see why we need extra staff or venues or midnight sessions.

WouldBeGood · 13/01/2021 11:25

They actually are stopping most healthcare in NHS North Lanarkshire hospitals and D & G as well as some social care.

Groovee · 13/01/2021 11:26

I've sorted out the house and done a work out. Ds is downstairs looking for lunch. Dd is at work texting to ask what is for lunch 🤦🏻‍♀️

Scottishskifun · 13/01/2021 11:35

We are back to full online/delivery shopping partly because I can't be bothered standing in the cold but also saves me having to carry up a footpath to the house! Our butchers and veg shop is now doing them which is fab!

I haven't left the house in over a week think I'm going to turn into a hermit at this rate! But hey I'm doing as I'm told I wonder if the SNP will give me a good girl sticker?! Grin

MamaTookMyEyebrows · 13/01/2021 11:35

Friend got her vaccine yesterday. She’s a dentist.

She’s really unwell today Confused

wonderwhatshappening1978 · 13/01/2021 12:15

Has Nicola been on yet?

StatisticallyChallenged · 13/01/2021 12:19

Just seen they're saying 24 hours a day at mass vaccination centres by end Feb.

Why, ffs, that's more than 2 months after vaccine approved. These plans should have been far more advanced

HadEnoughOfBears · 13/01/2021 12:21

Just missed John Swinney's speech, anyone know what he said?

Cismyfatarse · 13/01/2021 12:35

"The sacrifices we are asking of people"

Is that me sacrificing the odd takeaway and meeting DD for a walk - both of which I did yesterday but want to do again - soon.
