How can I stop being jealous?

I have only recently realised how jealous a person i am. If i dont try to do something about it is going to wreak my relationship with my partner and it is driving me insane an him. Can anyone please give me some advice or tips on how to control it.

tiredemma is right, HE is the one with a problem.... his problem is with HIM and him alone, and the fact that he is constantly trying to make you feel as though you have the problem and are not well not only displays a singular lack of concern about you, it also shows a lamentable lack of imagination....! That is his only excuse, and you KNOW it is crap. He knows that you know it's crap too, and I wonder if you would be better of being out of the house or somewhere away from him when he returns, especially if you have felt threatened by him in the past.... he may well feel very angry if he feels cornered (in other words, he's well and truly busted by you). He's not funny, he's not clever, and you don't need someone like him in your life, trying to do your head in.
Stay strong, and use the time you have before he returns to plan your strategy.... GOOD LUCK!

well last night i went on net again on a mission to find out well what can i say he had a photo of himself few lines about himself telling lies and then i got into his messages he had sent, he had sent 3 messages and got replies from 3 but two from the same girl bearing in mind only 18 i dont know if he has met her but the intention was there he sent me a text message if i didnt sort out my green eyes it would kill me and i needed to see doctor
the strength and views of all you people has been fantastic and has help me gain strength to carry on which has been so difficult on the circumstances

hi my kids are 13,5,2 he keeps trying to get eldest on his side by buying her expensive gifts i think it doing her a lot of damage because he using her and its not fair i have told him he is trying to buy her
