Tell me your ‘unreasonable’ relationship dealbreakers

So I’ve said ‘unreasonable’ not because it’s unreasonable to you but may be to someone else. Maybe others think your dealbreaker is diva-ish but you don’t? 😂

So this excludes any unanimous relationship dealbreakers such as cheating, nasty behaviour etc.

I will also welcome posts around ending it for a reason that seems trivial to others but not for you!

I will start, I just could not be married to someone who worked away, for instance in the forces.

OP posts:

Someone who didn't want sex a minimum of twice a week 🙃 doesn't work for me.

blacksax · 02/08/2024 19:35

People who demand sex x times a week as though it's their god-given right.

No it isn't. Sod off and have a wank.

cupcaske123 · 02/08/2024 19:36

Someone asexual, bigoted, entitled, rude, disrespectful, selfish, emotionally immature or dependent.

RandomMess · 02/08/2024 19:36

Noisy eater

TheNuthatch · 02/08/2024 19:39

Bad table manners, dirty noisy eating 🤢

dodobookends · 02/08/2024 19:39

I cannot abide being lied to.

SamW98 · 02/08/2024 19:42

Supporting Spurs - and I’m not joking

Soditsally · 02/08/2024 19:44

I ended it with someone who once turned up in some bloody awful Paddington like checked trousers
I icked right there and then

johnson39 · 02/08/2024 19:57

A nail biter makes me cringe 😬

SaltyChocolate · 02/08/2024 20:03

Not feeling comfortable with them, someone who hates travel, non committal, aggressive kisser, repetitive interests (should probably look at myself with that one!). These are all reasons I've been put off 😂

BatshitCrazyWoman · 02/08/2024 20:04

A low sex drive. A heavy drinker, they need to be able to take it or leave it.

lastofthesmalltownplayboys · 02/08/2024 20:05

If they live with their mum, order a korma, fave band is Coldplay, jizzes over marvel/starwars/pokemon

Berlinlover · 02/08/2024 20:06

Someone who’s too lazy to pronounce the TH sound - I live in Ireland.

Thighdentitycrisis · 02/08/2024 20:07

😀. Supporting the hun rangers and I'm not joking either.

Actually I think a deal breaker would be someone whose whole identity revolved around the football team they support

Wish44 · 02/08/2024 20:09

Someone’s who’s mood is effected by the performance of the team they support

TheBottomsOfMyTrousersAreRolled · 02/08/2024 20:10

A smoker.

cocoloco23 · 02/08/2024 20:10

Anyone who doesn’t vote. Anyone with a goatee. Police or fire officer.

HooDooManc · 02/08/2024 20:14

Tories

StrawberryWater · 02/08/2024 20:15

Anyone who's a policeman - been there, done that and he was a rude fucking pig and horrible misogynist. Never again!

Bad breath or teeth - No. My sister went out with a gummy fella and her tale of licking his gums made me sick in my mouth.

Low sex drive. I don't have demands by I'm not someone that could put up with once a year.

Anyone who smokes - grim.

Anyone that likes a flutter - will never, ever, get involved with a gambler again. Not after my ex almost ruined me.

Dirty nails and nose pickers - not coming near my lady garden with troll fingers thank you very much!

Doggymummar · 02/08/2024 20:16

Right wing

Lookingforunicorns · 02/08/2024 20:18

I think everyone I know would find that reasonable.

Fifferfefferfeff · 02/08/2024 20:20

Eating meat/not being vegetarian.

Same. The d and glottal stops instead of the th sound is a massive ick. Learn to talk ffs.
I also would veto someone for not knowing how to use apostrophes correctly, any hint of being a mess if they've had a few drinks, bad table manners, smoking and crappy food choices.
