Sex - How long has it been?

Name change if you have to, I have. Truthfully, how long is it since you have had sex?

I am coming up to two years (and I am married!). Can anyone beat that?

2 days. Probably about a week before that (For us thats a reasonably 'active' phase )

What's the issue, notgettingany?

The last time we had sex was just before one year old DS was born (when I insisted in a last ditch effort to avoid him being induced) and the time before that was when he was conceived

Think the next time will be when we decide to have another babe. Really depressing.

I was starting to tell myself that it was ok, perhaps even normal, after reading loads of articles about how couples now have so much less sex than previous generations etc. But obviously I know it's not really normally - especially when I see how much other posters seem to be getting.

Anyway, notgettingany - you are not alone!

actually ladies, this subject is really beginning to worry me - i love my dh, and after 12 years i still find him very sexy, the problem seems to be me i have always previously enjoyed a good sex life, BUT, my dh is 10 years younger than me, much fitter etc. and at 45, i seem to be very lacking in libido, just lately, in fact i think i could go weeks without sex

i 'keep myself nice' as my mum used to say ie, well-groomed, well-dressed etc

so far he has been super, very caring and understanding and i know he loves me very much BUT, i worry how long this will continue

About an hour, but I'm trying to 'ripen my cervix' so DP is getting it more than ever just now..
In fact, that's probably why I'm not labouring yet, I bet he's done a deal with the man upstairs

ripen your cervix vs? Couldn't you just leave it on a sunny window sill for a few days?

6 days because haven't seen my boyfriend all week!

Went around 3 months just before ex H & I split up, and would very happily have gone much longer!
