When I tried OD I found it so annoying when men post a group picture and you don’t know which one he is. Often with a good looking man with beautiful eyes and a great smile. Only to discover he is the fat, bald, badly dressed one.
So many men expecting to meet a much younger, thin, supermodel who owns her our home yet they are the typical potato with eyes, wearing unironed clothes and up to their eyes in debt.

Oh yes had that one before, the group photo of 4 men, guess the single one, always posing with younger friends/colleagues. And he’s fat, balding and badly dressed!

I once set my profile to ‘looking for women’.

Now I can tell you the women are exactly the same. Full of cliches, bad photos, lists of things they don’t want, honestly I was shocked. I try not to moan too much about the men’s profiles any more!

Yup.

Men kept telling me how refreshing my profile was, which being as I just banged it out in ten minutes, basically stating stuff I liked in the hope of finding someone who likes similar stuff, surprised me. So I looked at the women’s profiles, and yep.

50+ and looking for a man my own age who wants to date, enjoy nights out and holidays etc.
I don’t want a cashpoint or a meal ticket, just an equal companion

Shouldn’t be difficult but it’s proving impossible because men my age either want a younger model, a replacement wife to cook and clean or no strings sex

I also once set my profile to looking for women and changed my setting to being a male.

It was worse than anything I've ever seen men do. Women of all ages wearing nothing but underwear in a provocative pose stating they have 2 children and are looking for a long term relationship.

One post that stood out was the 23 year old single mum of a toddler who lives with her parents and didn't work. Her final word was "Please form an orderly queue to wife me."

It was just horrible and I bet they're surprised why no decent men match with them

Too funny! 😂😂 I actually met my 2nd husband OLD but only after sifting through lots of this dross. Feeling a bit of PTSD after reading some of the comments!

My ex shaved 5 years off his age and messaged my best friend after we split. Managed to hook up with someone 10 years younger - needs her head testing!

No I'm the never married no children woman who met an equal male partner the same circumstances as I.

I would not take anyone on with children.

Taking the piss out of divorced men. What is it women have to offer as a divorcee? The same as men? Difficult circumstances. It's bizarre.

I often get told my profile stands out as it’s very positive and tells them what I like rather than any negatives.

My photos are all clear, unfiltered, sober and fully clothed - maybe that’s where I’m going wrong 🤷‍♀️
