I've known at least four men who have had no interest whatsoever in bum sex. It definately isn't one of those things all men like or would want to try.

I never understand why there are so many glycerin-based lubes meant for anal use, when suppositories for constipation are made from ... guess what? Yes, glycerin.

Astroglide or similar (or baby oil etc, if you're not using a condom) are better I think.

Don't go from anal play to vaginal play without adding/removing a condom as appropriate.

And if you're not interested, don't do it!

Experiment with fingers first, with penetration.

And only do it with someone who you know will stop if you say stop.

I know plenty of men who are not interested in doing it to anyone else, plenty of women who like it, plenty of women and men who get off on anal when it's the woman doing it to the man with a big strap on... WHat people want sexually varies. A LOT. ANd there;s nothing wrong with wanting something a partner doesn;t fancy as long as you accept that your partner doesn;t want to do it, either.

Screwedup, the books are copies of an anthology of erotic fiction that I co-edited 10 years ago (and still have a crate or two of). I can't remember off the top of my, er, head, how much bumsex is featured though I did recently review a book about anal antics with a strap on by Violet Blue which I recommend (I think it was called StrapOn Sex for Adventurous Couples, pub, Cleis Press if you want to google it).
