In your opinion, is he allowed to do that? Whose behavior is worse? Who is wrong here?

Weird but I scratch dp's back as he loves it and he slaps my arse cos I do. I am not sure why it would be wrong or bad if consensual.

But this wasn't consensual. So your preferences for consensual slapping have nothing to do with this question do they?

Back scratching for men has never been one of the things that women were expected to ask for consent for. It would be considered one of the basic things, even in vanilla sex.

We expect men to ask for consent for anything like choking/slapping etc (not that they all do) but we don't expect them to ask for consent during sex to use their fingers for example or to suck nipples, the basic kind of stuff like that.

Of course for any of the basic things like that then anyone has the right to refuse it or not like it but it's one of those things that most people would consider to be on the table unless it's taken off the table.....unlike slapping, which should be off the table unless it's put on the table.
