Hi Freckle. I can't post on my thread!! It just keeps freezing my screen and has done for a couple of days. The last post was a fluke so here's a new one!!
I'm not going to Ibiza I'm going to stay with some friends down south. I think Ibiza will just be too depressing on our own-my family won't even be there. But he's obviously not best pleased. I didn't get any response to the news whatesoever.
DS1 trashed the kitchen again last night. It is absolutely horrific to listen to. There's nothing I can do other than let him get it out of his system. He got an assesment from school yesterday and it was nearly all A5's. (outstanding achievment and effort) So there are luckily no worries there. He just saves it all up for when he gets home. DS2 is starting to be affected. God it's heartbreaking. Feel like phoning him and just holding the phone up to the screaming but what good will that do??? Just make him angry with me coz of his guilt.

Hello Moomina! Sorry but I missed your message honey.We're doing just fine thankyou. Have flung myself headlong into another full on love affair.Why oh why do I do it to myself? I absolutely adore my boyfriend though and he's a breath of (young) kind caring fresh air. My ex is fuming about the whole thing much to my delight but insists on bitching about him to the boys even though he knows nothing about him or the relationship
Finally faced my solicitor again this morning and it would appear my ex is toast. Would love to be a fly on the wall when he finds out what we're entitled to!!
I must say-the Decree Nisi going through and the house being on the market etc has been alot harder than I anticipated. I am a bit (alot-I am mad) up and down. My doctor has doubled my AD's for a few months!
So all in all things are moving on apace and I am in general very happy! Thankyou so much for thinking of me and I'm afraid my Marc Jacob days could well be over!

Lovely to hear you sounding so happy, Spook. It's understandable that you will be up and down, but let's hope there are more ups than downs - although the way you talk about your boyfriend, I suspect there's a lot of both in some respects .

Hi TC! Thankyou for thinking of me! I can't quite believe how things have changed. I now just look at my ex with complete and utter pity that he has thrown so much away. We are financially up the spout-he reckons he's 2 weeks off bankruptcy but the money never really interested me anyway TBH. Obviously I enjoy being financially secure but all I ever really wanted was some love and affection. I can adjust!I know exactly why he's in such a position and I just know he has brought the whole thing upon himself with his stupid love affair.
Unfortunately my gorgeous new boy goes to Dublin for 6 months tomorrow. We have been trying to spend every moment we can together this week. I am going to miss him so much but feel I can deal with whatever shit life throws at me now!
Like anyone I have good days and bad days but the good are REALLY good and the bad are nothing compared to how I once was! I'm off to Miami on Thursday so am really looking forward to a bit of sunshine.The weather here is truly despicable

You are a different woman Spook. Well obviously this was going to change you in some way, but did you expect ot have come through this being so strong? I'm amazed at how well you've done. It's been so, so shitty for you and I know how devestated and how truly, truly heartbroken you were and it's just wonderful to literally feel the new you in your posts these days. I'm proud of you . What are you doing in Miami, Spook?

Hi Blu honey. My friend is taking me for a long weekend of sun,cocktails and shopping on South Beach. Bit apprehensive coz was a special place for DH and me (DS2 was concieved there and we got married there) but lets face it-I have alot of demons to excorcise!!

Ah well, that'll be one long cool cocktail per demon, then! Enjoy the place afresh for new reasons - and have fun.
