Sorry namechanged ! I was going to brush my teeth this morning, knew DH was having a shower... I opened the door there he was...having the time of his life ....I mean come on ! Whyyyyyyy ? Especially after the night we had, baby has been teething all night ! Why the need of wanking ??? When he got busted, he tried to carry on as normal, pretending to clean his willy !!!!!! He says he did because he was exausted ?? ...Is it normal for a thirty something man ????

Aw I'm sorry, this is really not about the wanking, it's about the lack of intimacy. You need to talk to him SERIOUSLY before this gets any worse. Talking will only get harder, the longer you leave it.

Most men wank about once a day. He is probably quite normal.

IntergalacticWalrus · 02/11/2007 13:49

He probably didnb;t want to pester you if you have been up all nightr with the baby.

He's a man. He wanks. FACT [David Brent]

Iklboo · 02/11/2007 13:49

Hee hee - you should have said "that explains why you can't read the small print" and walked out of the room

TheHerdNerd · 02/11/2007 13:53

"95% of men masturbate. The other 5% lie."

hellish · 02/11/2007 13:53

totally normal (even tho' it's the last thing on my mind in the morning, whilst getting ready for the day)

I think it can be a bit of a 'comfort' thing for men.

I can understand your surprise NH at the timing - just one of the ways men and women are so completely incompatible different

CrushWithEyeliner · 02/11/2007 13:53

my DH dosen't wank, honestly he dosen't. I do, but he really isn't into it at all so not ALL guys do it....

NomDePlumeOfBonfireSmoke · 02/11/2007 13:55

Oh god, don't wheel out the wank stats, you'll attract all the 'my DH doesn't wank, he told me so' brigade.....

Naughtyhusband · 02/11/2007 13:55

I'm learning new facts everyday !

I know they do it, but I'd be upset if I walked in on my DH too! It doesn't make sense, but I know exactly how Naughty must feel.

You need to sit down and have a chat to clear the air.

Naughtyhusband · 02/11/2007 13:57

Kerry - DH hates when I go on the top, he is scared I'm going to hurt him (wimp)

Lissy - The baby is 6 month old !!!!!!!

You know what I think I have a bigger problem that walking on him playing with jojo, I have a miserable sexual life. Fact

morningpaper · 02/11/2007 13:58

I'll tell you what statistic I don't believe

That one about the average couple doing it three times a week

I don't know ANYONE who does it every day

I know LOTS of people who do it about twice a year

so WHERE ARE ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE AT IT FIVE TIMES A DAY?

Naughtyhusband · 02/11/2007 13:59

The last time we had full on, good sex in which he put all his heart and ermmm ykwIm..it's when England has beaten France at Rugby..he even gave me an orgasme..(rare)

TheApprentice · 02/11/2007 13:59

I do so agree MonrningPaper!

Doubletop · 02/11/2007 13:59

My dh is VERY shy /coy/annoyingly prudish about the whole wanking thing. I would like it a lot more if he just owned up to doing it. Then I would, and we would be more open .
I say, lets all be wankers together!

CocoDeBearisCocoDeBear · 02/11/2007 13:59

Are you up for sex? And he's usually not?

OrmIrian · 02/11/2007 14:00

Where are they mp?? Either having sex or sleeping I'd guess...

And no.... I find it hard to beleive in them too. Bit like the Yeti and the Loch Ness monster. You hear reports but no-one can come up with conclusive proof.

Doubletop · 02/11/2007 14:01

Oh morning paper I have a friend who is at it ALL THE LIVE LONG DAY. She has a lovely dh, who cooks, looks after the kids, and is a general saint with a HUGE sex drive. So she's got him exactly where she wants him!

morningpaper · 02/11/2007 14:03

No no I'm sorry

When we are holiday we can persuade the children to nap and generally there is no television so we may manage a twice-daily fun-time

But in normal life I don't believe it

kittycrackles · 02/11/2007 14:03

Hurt him? I don't understand, seriously, please explain

Naughtyhusband · 02/11/2007 14:03

Well my DH has never had a big sexual drive..lets say he doesnt live the moment...sometimes I think he's saving himself !

OP posts:
kittycrackles · 02/11/2007 14:05

Does he think you'll be too "enthusiastic"?

Naughtyhusband · 02/11/2007 14:06

Well...I dont know I probably do something wrong plus the fact that he has ermm, a big willy...he's always scared I'm going to break him ! So we only do the missionnary...once every 6 months, I'll get a treat, I give him ermm treats, I do HJ but I get tired because he takes ages before he manages to produce a fountain at the end !

OP posts:
Naughtyhusband · 02/11/2007 14:08

I dont think I'm too enthusiastic...I look at him and I can see the fear in his eyes..and he doesnt stop saying Careful you are going to break him ! As if
