Walked in with an erection

So my partner has a 3 year old with his ex, however he has only managed to ejaculate once in 18 months in bed with me. Albeit he is on heavy medication due to health problems he manages to ejaculate every day through self masterbation. Not really interested in sex just in me pleasuring him for hours to no good end 😢

Yesterday his ex visited , he was in the kitchen cooking and she went in there only for a minute and returned to the conservatory. It's not only teenagers that get random erections, it happens to fully grown men too. however I don't believe it's possible for them to not know it's happening/happened.

Well I don't have a penis either but I have been reliably informed that men definitely know when they have erections.

If she was only in there for a second it's possible the mere sight of her got him hard bit you can't really prove it one way or the other.
Re denying it and laughing it off, maybe he felt uncomfortable that you suddenly grabbed his penis without preamble when people were around. Presumably you wouldn't be happy if he stuck his hands up your skirt or felt your nipples and then demanded to know why you were aroused
