How did you get through it? Was it really for the best?

IOHW - I'll presume that question isn't directed at me. Can't imagine that with all my MN aggression you would ask me if I try too hard to avoid conflict?

LilyLoo · 10/04/2007 13:52

Howdy girls glad you all had nice easter. Just come back from Filey. We been on the neach for three days and had a great time. Even got a bit of a suntan ! Just had quick catch up. MLS can't believe she still texting how is she ? Talk about desperate. Good news on the fund then IOHW Glad he backing off a bit for you will give you a chance to gather your thoughts i'm sure. Although think would agree with MLS about it being more of a control thing than a change. Good to see some people on here in similair sitiations though to help you out.CNC sorry about dd hope she soon feeling better. Good on you Mel for trying to focus on you.

Ifonlyhewould · 10/04/2007 13:58

cashncarry you might just be taking all the 'kick arse aggression' out on us poor little souls rather than DH!!!

Hi lilyloo - nice to have you back. Glad you ahd a good time. Ive got a bit of a tan too but mines out of a bottle and also extends to the palms of my hands!! I got busy drying hair and forgot to wash them! Oh its a good job i can laugh!

LOL will be much better to walk out the door looking like a babe, even if you have orange hands.

mylittlestar · 10/04/2007 14:11

lily I agree she's really sad - but to be honest I now feel sorry for her. She's so young and obviously desperate for any attention she can get.
(as well as being a nasty cow to me! but hey, she doesn't even know me so would probably argue that she doesn't really have to give a sh** about me! which is true!)

I feel my motherly instinct coming out though and want to find her a nice bloke who won't mess her around like my dh bl**dy did!

But it's absolutely nothing to do with me so I think I'll try to go back to hating her!!

I think I need IOHW's orange hands to slap some sense into me!

Ifonlyhewould · 10/04/2007 14:38

IOHW orange hands (but with beautifully manicured nails) coming forth to give you gentle tap on back of hands!! (don't think you are ready for big slap yet)
You are quite something else! You will be telling us all you have invited fluff around for tea next!!!

Is it feasable for DH to get a new sim card then fluff can exhuast herself sending texts, he won't be in receipt of them

But Hey! If it's attention she wants, post her pic on here! She will get plenty of attention then!

ROFL at IOHW - I was trying to think of a nice way to tell MLS to put a sock in her motherly tendencies

And for the record missy, I am very aggressive with DH

mylittlestar · 10/04/2007 14:47
Grin
Cashncarry · 10/04/2007 14:49

BTW IOHW - hair removing cream/bleach for sensitive areas works well for removing tanning lotion from your hands - although I don't have any personal experience as I have an all-year natural glow [smug emoticon]

I think you should change your name to MissOrangeHands

Ifonlyhewould · 10/04/2007 15:08

maybe thats where i went wrong with my DP. Should have been more aggressive

Not so sure about the hair removing cream for my hands, you should see what its done to my nether regions!! Don't want to risk losing fingernails!!

Was thinking more along the lines of 'baldilocks' for a name change.

OP posts:
LilyLoo · 10/04/2007 15:12

iohw.
MLS you are truly something else. You can get a number blocked from a mobile, just a thought, might make you feel better knowing you saving her money

mylittlestar · 10/04/2007 15:20

like that idea! and knowing i'm saving her money too...

Cashncarry · 10/04/2007 15:21

You won't lose your fingernails from using hair removing cream you daft mare! I use it all the time and all my fingernails are intact (I may have a natural glow but I've got a face like chewbacca!)

On a serious note, my tendency to confront DH about every little thing is not necessarily a good thing and I've had to deal with that as part of realising that our problems are not just down to his roving eye. I need to find some middle ground between biting my tongue and acting like a banshee - any tips anyone??

Ifonlyhewould · 10/04/2007 15:22

OOOOH! Just had really naughty thought

For all those 'naughty boys' out there, how about a little bit of 'personal pleasure' from a hand smothered in the most orange fake tan you can find!! Imagine the horror when he goes for his first wee of the day A carrot coloured missile

OP posts:
Ifonlyhewould · 10/04/2007 15:27

Thats a difficult one Cashncarry, i suppose it all depends on how those 'kick arse' hormones are behaving at the time. Its all down to self control i suppose. Make yourself a star chart.

OP posts:
Cashncarry · 10/04/2007 15:39

message deleted

Cashncarry · 10/04/2007 15:41

not really - I've just always wanted to do that

ROFL at my own joke [sad pathetic loser emoticon]

Ifonlyhewould · 10/04/2007 15:45

Did you delete your joke? its so rude not to share!!

OP posts:
Cashncarry · 10/04/2007 15:46

No I typed "message deleted" because I wanted to make it look like I'd been reported for saying something rude...

I think I will leave the jokes to you now

Ifonlyhewould · 10/04/2007 15:55

You are a star!!

God for an awful moment there I thought I'd killed the thread (would have been my 4th today)

Am seriously suffering from some form of virtual tourettes syndrome today where I appear to be unable to stop the crap in my head from appearing on the screen

Ifonlyhewould · 10/04/2007 16:00

HAH!! You have nothing on my DP!! Ive lived with far worse!

Maybe you're just bit excitable today. Letting it all out after having a break. Or could it be all the chocolate

OP posts:
LilyLoo · 10/04/2007 16:06

cnc was intrigued then !

LilyLoo · 10/04/2007 16:07

Killed 4 threads

Cashncarry · 10/04/2007 16:15

Honestly - I've killed them dead

How are you doing Lilyloo? Checked your thread this morning but didn't want to let my verbal diarrhoa ruin your thread!
