bil is having an affair with my bf, only I know and he knows I know so he's been using me as an excuse to get out (an alibi) anyway sil has become suspicious and accused me of seeing her dh. I denied it but she is threatening to tell dh. I can't tell dh the truth because he will be furious I covered for his brother and my bf knows about a fling I had years ago and has told bil who says he will tell dh if I drop him in it.
Bil says it will all blow over but i'm shitting myself. Do I tell dh and risk loosing him if my fling comes out or what? I have been crying all day and feel terrible. What do I do.

Glad to hear sil's flirting led to nothing. And that you should get your home back soon.
Wow at your dh re not seeing his brother again.
Shouldn't have tried to drag you down. Nice to know he believes you and is 100% on your side. So really he deserves you to cool it with bf, so good there too. Cheek of her being arsey with you, like you'll wreck your marriage so she can sleep with a married man.
Hope things go well.

Great to hear that things are settling with you and dh and that sil should be on her way by now, or soon at least. Also good to hear that you have put bf straight. If she put you thru all that, then had the nerve to be arsy with you, then IMHO she's not really a bf.
Hope all continues to improve

Hurray some peace for you at last. Your BF is clearly still not thinking about anyone else but herself so don't be in a hurry to make up. Wait for her to get some perspective and contact you (hopefully to apologise.)
Hope your DH won't be including his niece/nephew in that ban, seems a shame to punish them for their dad being a t*t and their mum going understandably cuckoo temporarily.
