Just to echo what everyone was saying yesterday about the result - lots of my friends and students are EU (Non-British) citizens, and they are worried - and have some pretty worrying stories to share already about racism. My parents live in France and are extremely worried about the consequences. And just to add to the hurt, apparently lots of people today are saying they only voted Leave as a protest, and now regret it .

Anyway, back to the Bus, day six (bloody hell it was difficult yesterday not to add a bottle of Borgogne to the brie and baguette I had for supper yesterday), but, I've found my waist - not lost any weight, but the boozy bloating is going down. SweetDog has an ulcer on his eye, so is now on two lots of anti-biotics and anti-inflammatories, so thank goodness for Pet Plan.

Just looking in. Am now tired and jaded from working away. We are out most nights so drinking and eating junk but have not been hammered. Feeling lousy though and just want to go back to salads and gym workouts and water but no chance living in a hotel and working in a conference centre . However, massively depressed by the vote. I work in International Trade, so it feels even more of a sledgehammer blow. Deeply ashamed of England and its ignorance. Sorry not read back. Hope you are all ok. Planning to move to Scotland and stay with Ma !

sweet it was an amusing sight. She has now dragged the massive fluffy CREAM cushion from her new bed into the garden so it is all covered in crap. Why do I bother? She is punishing me as I haven't taken her for a walk yet, as have a hangover and my throat is seriously sore (this I think is a genuine ill thing, as it started earlier in the week...) going to drag myself (and her) out now. sweet you have also now made me crave Brie and baguette for lunch! And well done on day 6!

sober and hope - it's horrible isn't it? I never really thought I would feel so passionately about it, but I am. Can hardly bring myself to speak to my colleague, who is also one of my good friends, as I know he voted out. clearly overreacting! guess we shall have to just sit tight and see what happens. But that is my future screwed if it does actually go through. Unsurprisingly, those who voted leave have become rather quiet, wonder why that might be...

Just got all ready to go out in the sunshine, and now it has decided to rain, so back on with the wellies and waterproof. This country has gone mad, not only in terms of politics, but the weather is bonkers as well. It's June, for goodness sake, JUNE!!!!

lala hope your feeling better. I didn't realise how strongly I felt about everything either until the results came through. Shocked that the majority of my supposedly intelligent collegues voted out and are still totally ignorant about the implications....guess we can do nothing but wait and see what happens now though. Give pup a cuddle from me!

I'm on the way to meet a friend for a drink and shopping. Just finished nights, could of had four hours sober sleep but decided to waste an hour of it drinking wine at 9am...I'm an idiot so not feeling my best. Tomorrow will be day 1 though, I'm adamant. Not tracked units over the past week but will sort empties tomorrow and do an estimate...have to at least be accountable to myself.

Have 7 days off coming up which I could easily drink away and go back to work more tired than I started, or I could get a bit of a grip and go back refreshed. Just takes so little to set me off into self destruct at the moment the decision almost feels out of my hands...

Anyway love to all, going to hope the dodgy train wifi lets me post this ️xxx

elba this sounds mad but could you maybe go away somewhere? Somewhere completely different so you might not be tempted to drink? says she it's all so difficult isn't it? Much love to you my darling. And pup says thanks for the extra hug. She is not in my good books, took her up to the grave yard to visit my dad's grave, where there is a strict no dog policy (understandably). She was fine hidden in my bag til we got to the grave, then she took an instant dislike to the Irish flag flapping in the wind (my dad is buried in a very Irish part of the cemetery). I can only conclude that if dogs had the vote she would have voted leave, so we are no longer on speaking terms.

Please update with your shopping though, I have to go to a wedding in a few weeks time (dreading it, as let's be honest, we know what will happen... Drunk by midday ) but I need a new dress, so perhaps elba you could keep your eye out for a suitable weeding guest style outfit?

Been to Anstruther to look for sea glass. Got a great haul, including a rare red piece!

We just had fork lightning and the most massive thunder clap here on London, so I have a rather sad little Lalapup sat on my lap. We are watching the storm unfold...

I have lots of green, turquoise and white pieces lala and this was the first red piece. I dont make jewellery myself but know someone who does so might get her to make me something.

ma I would love a piece of jewellry with some of that in it. Definitely get your friend to make you something, and then show us the finished product!

Ps if you have any left over turquoise sea glass - my favourite colour - then if your friend can turn it into something then money awaits!
