Morning Hush,
What are your plans today?
I'm starting on the sock drawer! Marie Kondo has a way of folding socks (really life is too short) Grin but as a bit of a clutterer I am trying to embrace a new me - and the sock drawer seems like a quick and easy place to start .
I have 3 pairs of eyes gazing at me asking about breakfast as I lie in bed listening to the rain pouring down outside.
So - my exciting plans for today are the sock drawer and a pile of paperwork. A Saturday for the lonely single Confused. The sock drawer is obviously a metaphor
for my life - if it is ordered and organised, then my thoughts and life will start mirroring it. Hmm
Stay dry all. xx

louisatwo · 09/04/2016 07:55

WTAFF - A personal trainer - now that IS self improving. And much needed in my direction. May need to put on some music to sort the sock drawer out to!

PiscoSour66 · 09/04/2016 08:13

Good morning all. Hope you are all well.
Please don't worry Hush, you must have been tired. I did the same sort of thing.
How did you find your trainer WTAFF? Are they from the gym or through recommendation? Good luck with it! Trouble is Louisa that I wear my socks until there is more hole than sock and none match. I probably need to be Kondo'd too!

Hushabyemountain98 · 09/04/2016 08:33

Good morning WTAFF and Louisa,

A personal trainer WTAFF! You are serious. I hope it goes well for you.

I have to walk the dogs a bit later. This afternoon I am off to my sisters friends house for their craft afternoon. Not that I am doing the craft bit. Only for tea, cake and company!

Not sure what I am doing tomorrow. Maybe I will be joining Louisa clearing my sock drawer and sorting more paperwork! How exciting!
Who do the three pairs of eyes belong to Louisa?
I may go and see my sons if they are not too busy to see their dear old mum!
I hope you both have a good day xx

Pisco My PT works out of the gym but before I even met with him I researched him loads. He really takes his job seriously.

I have seen some of the other PTs working with clients and it is clear that they are not really interested in their clients. So I do think you need to be really careful when choosing one.

Hopefully, this will be the kick up the bum I need to get myself sorted!

Enjoy your Saturday everyone.

PiscoSour66 · 09/04/2016 08:58

Go for it WTAFF I think it's a great thing to do. And hopefully your bum will be a smaller target to kick Grin

notonyurjellybellynelly · 09/04/2016 09:26

Louisa - it's amazing what a Pandoras Box this sad sorry mess has been. Xx

notonyurjellybellynelly · 09/04/2016 09:28

Kirk - that all sounds fabulous. Xx

louisatwo · 09/04/2016 11:04

Noton (and all of us),
If some self examination via a counsellor / self improvement via a personal trainer (or even a tidy sock drawer) allows us to move on and feel better about ourselves than that's positive.
I will report back about the impact of the sock drawer and sorted paperwork tomorrow.
Hush - one dog and two cats are the three pairs of eyes Grin. It's like a bloody zoo round here.

Hushabyemountain98 · 09/04/2016 19:31

Good Evening Kirk, WTAFF, Louisa, notonyur and Pisco,
Sorry ladies I have been out all afternoon and I am going out again soon for a drink at my neighbours.
I have been to the craft afternoon(not for me) just for the company. When I came back my neighbour asked me to join them for a roast dinner which was really nice and totally unexpected.
You enjoy yourself Kirk. I am so jealous that you are going to Amsterdam. Enjoy!
Now the three pairs of eyes makes sense Louisa. I hope you got on well with your sock drawer and paperwork today? I will start again tomorrow.
I hope you get on well with your personal trainer WTAFF and that he helps you achieve what you want to.
I hope you have enjoyed your day Pisco?
Hello notonyur I hope that everything is good your end?
I hope you all have a good evening xx

Good morning all,
I hope you are all having a nice relaxing Sunday.
Was thinking of my MN friends that I have not heard from on her lately.
One that came to mind was Chiconbeige.
I tried to pm her to make sure was okay.
But she is no longer on here with that username.
If you read this Chicon I would love to hear from you.

I hope everyone has a good day xx

Good morning Hush, you were up early! How are you?
I slept well, thanks. A full six hours. We're lounging about now. X

Hushabyemountain98 · 10/04/2016 11:28

Good morning Pisco,
I was up early but I haven't achieved much so far.
I have walked and fed the dogs and that is about it.
Lots to do but I haven't found the enthusiasm yet!

I am glad you slept well. I think Sunday is the day for lounging around.
Well I have had my cup of tea so I better start tidying and cleaning up.
Enjoy your day xx

Hi Hush. I've had a nice day thanks. The sunshine is unexpected so I've been across to the coast again for fish and chips.

I'm going to take the dog for a walk now and then continue painting.

Hope you're having a nice day?
