I posted yesterday but was a bit too detailed.
I am feeling so down and tonight I found myself sobbing out load.
I am finding this so hard. Even though I have a supportive family and friends.

I just feel so betrayed

And all the more-so because this wasn't the first time and you probably feel even more hurt and silly and a hundred and one other things because it wasn't the first time.

Re Facebook. We can sit here and tell you that it shows a distinct lack of class on behalf of the OW to be advertising her affair with a married man. We could tell you that and whole lot more besides. But we wont. Because that is making it all about her and this is about you. Its about you and your life and what is better for you. So, looking at her FB page is not good for you Husha, and you have to stop doing it by blocking her.

Do you know how to do that? Just go to your facebook page and click on the little padlock thats in the top right hand corner. You'll then get a drop down menu and you will see a section that says 'how do I stop someone bothering me'. Open it up and you will see a place where you can type her name, the name thats displayed on her FB page. And if I recall correctly you wont be able to unblock her for about 15 days and hopefully you wouldn't even want to do that anyway.

You mentioned your routine haircut a few posts ago - how about trying a new one altogether?

Yes I will sort out Facebook. I do not want to say anything good about her but she is not posting photos of my dh(she may well be but I am not her friend' so I can only see a limited amount).It is just looking at her face and some of the comments knowing what I know.
I had my hair cut differently last time. So I am quite happy with how it is.
What I could really do with is a full head and body transplant!!xx

It us sunny here but very cold. I am up showered and dressed but that us as far as I have got!
My dogs are driving me crazy, so I will have to put my coat,scarf and Wellies on and get them out!

It has been quite a nice sunny day here (I live in the north east). I went out for a walk at lunchtime and spring was definitely in the air. I think you always feel better when winter is over.

Hi ladies , facebook I did that too the looking disease, I gave it up all together as I hated seeing her and all my friends sharing their fab lives whilst mine was rubbish , not gone back on , deleted my account , it's refreshing x
