Was Dev not only the Plumber knickers woman but also the twin set and pearls type whose husband was going round to boink a neighbour under the pretext of mending her clothes line?

LovelyFriend · 09/06/2015 20:11

Darling I've almost finished polishing the RR and will be with you toot suite with lots of gin and my SHL contacts.
Be with about 3.

Till then the MN hags will soothe you.

GinSoakedBitchyPony · 09/06/2015 20:17

Dev and Plumber woman are the same person? Shock

plumstone · 09/06/2015 20:19

sweetie, WTAF are you doing car jobs for, don't tell me Siimpson has left again? Honestly just pay him the extra £1 per hour and be done with it. Haggling with staff is so ageing.

Please bring some pink grapefruit and Fever Tree for the gin, I'm all out and cannot be fagged going to the village shop only to be annoyed they are still selling schweppes! Lots to tell you - think I have my mojo back Wink

I've made a date with Lovely Friend to play tennis tomorrow- I think the two of us thwacking a few balls will prove rather therapeutic.

BitOfFun · 09/06/2015 20:24

ROFL at the MN Hags Grin

Teal, it needs to be short, sexy thought Jim, could become James, as he becomes Olympic winning trainer, and starts to move in moneyed circles, and tries to hide his working class roots - I am getting ahead of myself!

TealFanClub · 09/06/2015 20:27

I was jolted from Groom-Hand manly but gently caressing hands by the vibration of a text message alert. I broke free, fresh-filled with guilt over my beautiful DD2S unrequited crush.
The text was from an unknown number; the message starkly read "cherchez les documents properties. Un ami x"
Mon Dieu! Where will this end. Sigh.

TealFanClub · 09/06/2015 20:32

look in his properties?!

Oh god, the bastard's only gone and gotten her pregnant.

And... I'm late too Sad

LeBearPolar · 09/06/2015 20:38

I gazed in Jim's eyes. I could see myself reflected in them which was, of course, the point of gazing so lovingly at him. My cheekbones looked amazing after just two days on the fruit-and-throwing-up diet. Maybe Rex wasn't such a bastard after all. But just then the stable cat mewed peremptorily and I was jolted back to reality by the abrupt reminder that at some point soon, Jim and I had to try to recreate the 'phoning someone whilst having an orgasm and blaming it on the cat' scenario. I envisioned it as something like an episode of Mythbusters, only for Channel 5.

CrispyFern · 09/06/2015 20:38

I am crying laughing.

TealFanClub · 09/06/2015 20:38

Loving this thread though!

PolarEyes · 09/06/2015 20:44

I argued with the marriage registrar as they wouldn't accept retired civil servant as his occupation. I was adamant he'd never had an actual job title but apparently he was some kind of DirectorShock It was like my whole life was based on a lie. Sad
