Why oh why am I such a dick??? Just bumped into my exh and the horrible bitch he left me for. He is 48, she is 26. It's the first time since it happened-2 and a half years ago, that I have ever seen her-or them together and I just couldn't deal with the fucking smug look on her face.
But my boys were there and some friends and I just lost it. Calling her a whore and saying I'd like to land her one
I am so ashamed of myself and feel sick and dirty and really really stupid. I am better than that and have lowered myself to their sordid level.
I know noone will tell me its OK. Just needed to offload.

Don't think about flooring her. Gives her the status of victim, teaches your boys goodness knows what and might land you in trouble with the police!

Verbal bashing is so much more effective, especially as you are almost certainly more articulate than she.

I remember how crappy your ex-h was to you and it must have been HORRIBLE to come upon them unawares. So don't blame you for losing it - you'd be inhuman NOT to feel incredibly angry however well shot of him you are.
However much she might bluster with him in private about you being unhinged/him being better off and so on, I bet she'll be gutted deep down because...the truth hurts. She's just a talentless vapid wannabe.

I think one episode of verbal explosion in 2.5 years is pretty restrained myself. All this "Lets be grown up about this" stuff is crap - it just means letting them both off the hook. They behaved appallingly and you are allowed to let them know that it is still not OK, even if you have moved on.
I recommend a large gin and tonic and a serious romp with your sexy new boyfriend this evening to forget about it.
