Text message meant for someone else?

Looked at my phone this morning. Found a text message from Dp which was obviously not meant for me. It's incriminating -to another woman- but I don't want to draw any conclusions until I'm sure it's from his phone.

Is there any way it could be from somewhere else?

I'm a bit shocked tbh and not sure what to do.

My gut feeling is to gather more evidence before confronting him. Any advice?

Thanks.

And you'll grasp the straw and go back to your near sexless marriage in separate beds with a man who makes you feel like relationship problems are your fault.

And who thinks shagging OWs is his God-given right.

Twat.

textingdisaster · 25/09/2014 09:10

Sorry meant Shock

ThisFenceIsComfy · 25/09/2014 09:12

Wouldn't he have noticed by now that he sent it to you by mistake though?

Dowser · 25/09/2014 09:15

Yes texting disaster...gross!

That 16 year old parents ...a few years ago the man would have been hauled in for CSA( child sex abuse!)

springchickennolonger · 25/09/2014 09:17

Thanks again, all. Slept on it now. I haven't confronted him but I have texted him back. I look forward to his reply!

What kind of text did you send?

BBQsAreSooooOverrated · 25/09/2014 09:21

Wonder how he'll try to explain it away? Interested to know what he says.

wantacatplease · 25/09/2014 09:21

Yes, also wondering what you text him with?

hellsbellsmelons · 25/09/2014 09:24

Oh wow. Well done OP.
But like others have said.
You get nothing from him anyway.
Why stay and suffer more?

ChippingInLatteLover · 25/09/2014 09:27

What did you text?

springchickennolonger · 25/09/2014 09:28

Thisfencehe probably knows he's sent it, yes. He was sort of hovering in a guilty way this morning .

I just said "I hope you have a very convincing explanation for this?"

Awaiting reply now. Quite excitedGrin

Oh wow spring I do admire you :)

seasavage · 25/09/2014 09:34

Oh my goodness. Are you all set on 'what next'?

hellsbellsmelons · 25/09/2014 09:36

Oh, he'll be having kittens right now.
And he'll be on the phone to OW trying to work out a plausible explanation and make sure they are both giving the same story.

PlantsAndFlowers · 25/09/2014 09:37

Crikey!

Futurebird · 25/09/2014 09:38

Well done op. I bet he replies with ignorance "huh, what do you mean?"

irulethisworld · 25/09/2014 09:38

Time to sit back and wait Brew

DonkeysDontRideBicycles · 25/09/2014 09:39

I didn't see that coming. Well done. That's more like it.

Stupidhead · 25/09/2014 09:39

Oh I bet he's wriggling like a worm right now.

RubyGoat · 25/09/2014 09:39

He's probably frantically deleting everything & trying to figure out what the hell to do. Hope youn are ok, OP.

Only1scoop · 25/09/2014 09:41

Shame you didn't face to face though before he could destroy other texts etc.

Frogisatwat · 25/09/2014 09:45

Bloody hell well done you.

springchickennolonger · 25/09/2014 09:49

Thanks. Didn't have opportunity to confront, alas. He'll probably deny it though, and be in "what, moi?" mode when he gets home tonight. He will be nicey-nicey for a while like he was after the porn-on-the-tablet issue. But this time is different as he's given me proof.

Hoping to chat thing s through with a friend later, too.
