Met someone through work 9 months ago while they were were the main contractor to carry out refurb at my place of work. Got on great, lots of chemistry, flirting extra!

There contracted finished beginging of this year and he went abroad (Spain) to work on his next contract and he is still there!

We have kept in regular touch through phone text and email and yesterday he has offered me a long weekend (all paid for) to fly out on visit him in 2 weeks time!

Course I would usually jump at the chance, and why not never know what might come of it!

Catch is I found out around the time he was leaving that I was pregnsnt, now I'm 24 weeks, I'm not with father we split just before I found out I was pregnsnt!

I did tell him last night about the baby and he didn't seem to concerned and it looks like offer is still on!

A lot of people get very stupid around the idea of female reproductive autonomy (being pregnant, whether planned or not, without accepting that pregnancy makes you the property of the impregnator). That's what all the squealing is about.

One of the reasons I enjoy telling people about all the group sex I had when PG is because I (and my family) are living proof that a monogamous couple-relationship is not important when it comes to raising a happy child. I am the first to call out deceit, but I don't see it here. Two single people, one of whom happens to be pregnant. I don't think she has "hidden" the pg either, bearing in mind she hasn't seen this bloke in a while and has only just generally started telling people. Not everyone spills their guts with the first pg test and bores the arse off everyone for the full 9 months. Bearing in mind she may have been equivocal about keeping the baby in the first place, she has been justifiably circumspect. Good for her, I can't over excited oversharers. Of course she has to tell this bloke now. Imagine turning up in Spain with a pg belly, shouting "surprise!!"
