and am trying to gather all the bits I will need together, as he will be looking into whether I am entitled to legal aid today. So far I have wage slips, marriage certificate, tax credits information, mortgage statement & some mortgage info from the move into this house.
Trying to get everything together while H is sleeping at my Mum's house (he has been on nights & doesn't want disturbing!)
Does anyone know if there is anything else I need to take along with me, as I am in a bit of a fluster!

I have had my Mum around here again, asking if there was any hope of me reversing my decision. They are desperate for us to try & work it out.
I told her that I was sure of my decision & there is no going back.

Did you manage to get hold of your solicitor to update him regarding the house sale? What is holding up the issue of the petition now?

Yes, both agents & solicitor are aware that nothing can be signed yet or rushed ahead. Agents are informing buyers.

Hi lw well done with being so strong! You may feel a mess and I expect that will last some time but actually youa re doing a great job despite pressure from your H and Mum and Dad. What is she like trying to get you to reconsider? ugh!

Hi lw. Just caught up with everything on your thread - I've been in London without the girls this weekend, bit of retail therapy with my sister! Sorry that things have been progressing faster than hoped re the house, but well done for letting the agents know that you will not be rushed through things. I can only imagine how you feel during your moments of panic and fear about your decision, but they are becoming less and less, and you are becoming stronger as a result.
