Hello all, So moving on from size of knob discussion, what are we like. Well just got back from date with MrItalian man, was nice , still got a problem with height thing though. Could find an flat shoes, so picked the lowest heeled boots I owned, I acutally don't seem to own any flat ones other than trainers and that would not be a good look. Not sure what he made of me, no doubt will get a message later.
So what's new today?

Oh potential Blossom. Go shoe shopping!! So the ice-cream man has just told me he loves me......and the ex must be mad......never seen the kids so delighted when I told them....."just imagine mummy - we'd have as much ice cream as we wanted, every day!!"

Blossom,I often find that the absence of a snog or even a demure peck on the cheek at the end of a first date is a sign that things are not going to go further

Ha ha.. ordinary he's a very tall dark Cyprian so Magnum Grin..... lovely fella, not my cup of tea though. re the snog thing, I don't normally on a first date, but on Friday with Mr Smiley, it went so well and we got on so well it would have felt strange not to, it just felt right. After he fist bumped the air and said "so this means we are on for a second date?!" it was very cute. Smile

So anyway me and Smallfeet Grin had a good wend, nice day out ystd although my dd was quite hard work all day. She was not impressed at any handholding or displays of affection between me and sf. Tonight at bedtime we had floods of tears about her not wanting a man in the house, or for us to get married or have any more babies Sad - all of which there is no chance of happening for at least a year!!

I did my best to reassure her and she seemed o.kay when I left her, I think next wend we will do something just the two of us.

jarlin slowburner sounds like hardwork. I think you need to keep options open. I know what you mean about getting to know someone, it is rather exhausting.

Thanks for your advice about taking time before getting intimate, it was spot on....

It turned out we were both equally keen to get close, and it was definately rip your clothes off territory for a bit, but we did decide to slow down and it was amazing, we actually got so much closer by just holding each other. And talking. And although he is not my usual type, it seems less and less important. Can't wait for our nxt date !

There's bn a few profiles sending me msgs but then when I don't reply the profiles disappear...maybe I have a stalker! Also another guy keeps messaging me all the time, even though I don't reply, but says same thing all the time, plus I recognise the photo from a different profile a few weeks back. It's all a bit odd!

I just signed up to Telegraph Dating and no contact at all. Do any of you send openers? what do you put? (a real newbie to all of this). A few local guys = I don't really want to travel far (no more than 10 miles-ish). I definitely need to revamp profile using some of the tips on here - it must be very dull.
