Slaps LDLSB's hand, gently you are not dull! Each and every one of us are fabulous! The reason these men behave the way they do is they know they are so plain and uninteresting, sending a rude message is the only way they think they may illicit some response from you. Head up, tits out and smile knowingly.

LiesDamnLiesandSoggybiscuits · 04/01/2014 17:27

pow pleased it was pleasant at least!

...a but of jizz?????

LiesDamnLiesandSoggybiscuits · 04/01/2014 17:28

Thank you dreaming
Head is up, tits are out and I'm smiling!!! Grin

powpow80 · 04/01/2014 17:30

Bit of jizz. Stupid phone. By that she meant a bit of excitement about him.

Bant · 04/01/2014 17:35

Erm, yeah. It means something different these days though.

MasterP0 · 04/01/2014 17:39

Pow, the important thing is you're out there! happy he was a gent, YAY!!

Lies it baffles the mind doesn't it. I bet none of us women would send a first message like that?!?!?!

I'm cyber stalking Mr Wales, hahaha! I'm happy to see he's still not been back on POF, good Boy!

I've just skimmed a self help book, and it says to have a chance of a long lasting relationship we need to apply the "90 day rule" of NO sex, I reread that line 6 times before I tossed the book away! NINETY FLIPPEN DAYS......the author is male, probably recently castrated (but probably right)!

LiesDamnLiesandSoggybiscuits · 04/01/2014 17:40

90 days???? When was it written 1862?

powpow80 · 04/01/2014 17:41

Think nana meant the more innocent meaning all right Bant. When we were teenagers heading for nights out she used to tell us to mind those randy fellas!

LiesDamnLiesandSoggybiscuits · 04/01/2014 17:42

...just had someone offering to pull my panties down and spank my butt. Does this mean he loves me? Confused Grin

I am going to screenshot all my replies and write a book...it will have a new 90 day rule...

MasterP0 · 04/01/2014 17:44

90 days???? When was it written 1862?

2009, he's American, does that make any difference??

Bant and all the other gents, if a woman made you wait 90 days, how would you handle it????

OP posts:
MasterP0 · 04/01/2014 17:46

LMFAO @ pull your panties down and spank you, OH STOP IT I LIKE IT!!!

Honestly, what is wrong with them???

OP posts:
DeliberatelyDreaming · 04/01/2014 17:47

90 days Shock If a man made me wait 90 days I need to think how I would handle it Grin That really can't be a modern advice book can it?

dontcallmehon · 04/01/2014 17:50

What are some of these guys thinking! I almost miss some of those hilarious messages. I never seemed to get the overly sexual ones for some reason but I got plenty of idiots.

master 90 days! I couldn't wait that long. And didn't. And he doesn't seem to mind.

Geeky brought some little toy cars filled with sweets for my dc yesterday. He hasn't even met them yet, so I thought that was cute.

MasterP0 · 04/01/2014 17:51

Hon swoooooooon he's so sweet and thoughtful! I think you've got yourself a prize there! you lucky cow!

Bant · 04/01/2014 17:52

My first ever serious girlfriend was terrified of losing her virginity so we waited over a year to DTD.. But we did lots of other stuff. We lasted 8 years or so. These days, as long as there was obvious affection, stuff other than PIV, and she was worth waiting for, I'd wait.

I really think waiting is a good idea, as it builds emotional connection. Sex too early can often cause a switch in the mans brain to flip over to 'okay, job done, who's next'

That's obviously not always the case but I think it's more often than not

dontcallmehon · 04/01/2014 17:53

I really have. And I know I'm lucky! He's fab.

LiesDamnLiesandSoggybiscuits · 04/01/2014 17:53

I know I should block him but I'm having fun winding him up. Is that wrong?

dont that's really nice....

RaspberryGirl · 04/01/2014 17:57

De-lurking just to say .... "I love this thread!"

I have a RL second date tomorrow. I have also just signed back onto POF after having a few months off. I may join in a bit more on here from now on as I'll no doubt have a few funny stories to tell and need some of your expert advice!

dontcallmehon · 04/01/2014 17:57

I know it sounds a bit mad because it was only two dates - v long dates, but still(!)- but when I dtd with geeky there was already an emotional connection. He'd already told me he was falling for me. That's why it didn't change things for us, other than making us closer.

LiesDamnLiesandSoggybiscuits · 04/01/2014 18:05

Hi Raspberry, looking forward to hearing your tales!

Hope your date goes well!

dont worked for you. Interesting to read what Bant has to say....may have to borrow your book Master

DeliberatelyDreaming · 04/01/2014 18:08

DTD with a new man is always a personal thing in my view. Many of us have hang-ups with our bodies, but also have a healthy libido that may not have been fulfilled for quite some time. I always do/did day time coffee (with a small c Grin) to make sure my wine goggles and very unused libido was kept in check while I decided if I liked a date. I DTD on a second date and he is now like a mosquito I can't get rid off. Another flew once we had some sexual contact, not full on PIV but close. So it's a case of you pays your money and takes your choice, DTD or not. All very personal and individual.

dontcallmehon · 04/01/2014 18:10

Also looking forward to hearing your stories, raspberrygirl. I do love this thread. No one should negotiate the world of OD without it!

DeliberatelyDreaming · 04/01/2014 18:14

Waves to raspberrygirl You and I can be newbies together and share our dating success and woes more woes than success I think, certainly in my case Smile

LittleBlueMouse · 04/01/2014 18:19

I like MasterP0's advice, I just wish I knew what I was looking for...

90 days, well I guess that's where multi dating comes in.

I have a date on Monday for drinks. He's very nice looking, very erudite and very funny. So we shall see.

JonSnowKnowsNothing · 04/01/2014 18:19

Talking to a chap now - very witty though not conventionally attractive. He wants to Skype me so he can send me some "really great music." Maybe I'm being a knob but I LOATHE having other people's music choices foisted on me... is it just me?!
