... am still searching for my ... erm ... "torch!" Am sure that cafe went off with it!!!

Am nevah, evah inviting you lot for a party again!!! Someone else will have to be the brave host/hostess!!!

jynier · 01/05/2013 01:43

Anyone awake?

jynier · 01/05/2013 04:06

Frivolity aside; I am in such mental anguish. Went to the 2nd of the 3 funerals yesterday; it was a wonderful celebration of the life of a very dear old friend! His 4 bros, eldest grandson and my beloved older bro were pallbearers. Irish wake after the service, which was brilliant! I just kept thinking that my little bro would walk in, especially when one of our favourite spoon-playing tunes came on. Was very touched that my X's photo of the family was used on the front page of Order of Service. Am not sure if I should send a copy to him?

BearsInMotion · 01/05/2013 06:16

Hello jynier, sorry to hear you're having it tough. Did your ex know the friend who died well? I think it would be a nice gesture to pass it on if he did...

BearsInMotion · 01/05/2013 06:22

Glad to hear everyone else seems ok. Babybear has been sleeping in with us the last few nights, which has made it difficult to get online! But we are all sleeping a bit more as a result, phew!

Morning. Sleep a bit tossy and turny. My nightcap was a very nice Talisker whiskey. But if I had the other sort, I would go for moons and stars design. Flowers Jynier, I wondered if you were attending funerals. Sad
Bears and Harriet I don't know how you do with baby/ toddler sleeping in with you. It never worked for me. Have good day everyone.

themidwife · 01/05/2013 08:13

Morning all - I slept well too last night! I also struggled with co sleeping with toddlers but apart from DS2 none of them did it much. Smile

KittyAndTheFontanelles · 01/05/2013 08:57

I approve very much of your Talisker mini. Although my preference would be an Ardbeg or Laphroaig Grin

Minimammoth · 01/05/2013 09:16

I commend your taste too whiskey snobGrin < me that is> also coffee snob.

Minimammoth · 01/05/2013 09:17
