AND have just seen new pic of my NZ granddaughter; so excited as will be meeting her for the first time on 18th May!

Did get some sleep but DD is now up for the day so I am too! Today will hell at work :(

well, I have been a total insomniac. I did not sleep one wink last night, bt tried so very hard to. felt awful today! and bumped into my ex boss, of all days to look like a zombie

I have killed my laptop and have had a falling out with the ipad mini and its predictive typing mayhem so have not been very good at posting

BUT BUT BUT

a. I bought brogues and don't know what to do with them

b. I DID SOME SURGERY! REAL SURGERY ON REAL PEOPLE AND BEST OF ALL THEY ARE STILL ALIVE! *I think

Phew thank goodness for that cafe. Is someone walking around with an extra arm or anything.

it has been very scary mini! I stupidly forgot that half the degree stands for 'bachelor of surgery' and had rather hoped that surgery would never feature ever ever

BUT it makes me feel special as I swish about the hospital in scrubs, mask, clogs, gowns, a vision of 'I am a super great consultant'

A pair of brown, men's, size 6, unworn when bought, George Oliver. I'm thinking Ba' mitzvah or public schoolboy or such. They are my favourite.

A pair of mustard, steel toe cap, surveying the estate, lord of the manor types.

A pair of tan, Skerry, kilt tassel, court shoe; very baroness and my newest acquisition
