Hi and welcome back Harriet.

I'm sorry you've so much on your plate at the moment. Sad As I'm sure you know, there is usually jynier someone about to listen. Smile

BearsInMotion · 22/04/2013 00:52

Thanks Kitty, but even the owl seems to have gone to sleep now!

Sorry to hear about your DH Harriet, is he asleep at least?

jynier · 22/04/2013 00:54

Bears - Sorry if I have put you off; it may be best if you lie quietly and listen to the owl! If you are in the UK, you may be able to see the Lyrids meteor shower! Beautiful night sky here!

I'm off to bed soon (disgraceful for a so-called insomniac!) as I am looking after my beloved GD1 and GS after school! They are absolutely delightful and soooo funny; they make my heart melt!

KittyAndTheFontanelles · 22/04/2013 00:57

By the way Harriet why does your fictional husband keep droppin' his gees in the radio adaptations? It drives me to distraction. Have a word, there's a love Smile

Now your real husband. Can they do anything? Is this a potentially transient thing or more permanent than that?

I'm sorry Sad

jynier · 22/04/2013 00:58

Sorry, Bears, - X-posted!

KittyAndTheFontanelles · 22/04/2013 00:58

Thanks dad, sounds lovely and only ever so slightly scary ;)

KittyAndTheFontanelles · 22/04/2013 01:13

Yup, no dice. Looked under all the yoghurts and all the way to the bottom of a packet of wine gums (had to empty the packet of courseGrin )

Oh bears we aren't scary. I'm sure you won't give us ant reason to sharpen our goats Grin

KittyAndTheFontanelles · 22/04/2013 01:15

any

jynier · 22/04/2013 01:29

Grrr! Am not tired; may have to resort to the old Temazepam from 1999 again!

Was involved in two campaigns (Sunday) to (1) make sure that everyone with an ill relative realises the importance of obtaining an Enduring Power of Attorney to avoid said relative being placed on the LCP against their wishes (promise you, folks, being next-of-kin doesn't matter!) and (2) something to do with the 2nd May elections.

No cafe recently; hope that you're ok!

jynier · 22/04/2013 01:33

Sorry, everyone! Your posts are taking a little while to show; broadband is not good in CG!

KittyAndTheFontanelles · 22/04/2013 01:46

Littlekitty is waking every hour, now every half hour. There is something going on with Sunday nights. Seriously, this is the fifth Sunday in a row where she has either done this or been wide awake and wanting to play Sad

jynier · 22/04/2013 02:17

kitty My DD2 was the same; she would constantly wake up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed through the night wanting to play. It was exhausting, especially as had two little toddlers who could not be disturbed!

BearsInMotion · 22/04/2013 02:20

Just started to doze off and now DD is awake again :( she's 15 months, I thought we'd be past waking every 2 hours by now.

How old is little kitty?

KittyAndTheFontanelles · 22/04/2013 02:23

Hi jynier, yes very exhausting. Especially at this stage in my development Wink Odd this Sunday night link thought. She's been so good otherwise. There must be a reason.

Give my best to CG and salty town Grin

KittyAndTheFontanelles · 22/04/2013 02:25

17 months Grin

Hi babybear Smile Go to sleep little one and let your mummy rest Bear

BearsInMotion · 22/04/2013 02:34

Oh well, at least I'm not alone!

jynier · 22/04/2013 02:37

Kitty - will PM you.

jynier · 22/04/2013 02:58

Done, Kitty!

jynier · 22/04/2013 03:33

I have just posted the most stupid and fatuous remark on the Chastity Belt thread which has made me realise (after a frantic search of my bookshelves) that I no longer have the Heath Robinson cartoon book which was given to me years ago by my little bro! Hopefully, it is in the possession of one of my DCs. Will ask them all tomorrow! The book used to make my darling bro crack up with glee!!!
