Have just noticed that dh has set up a camera and has been videoing our room. I think it is to see whether I have a nap. Apparently I do nothing all day. I have 3 DC so am literally running round all day. Am I wrong to think this weird and also very creepy?

the poster has done a couple of posts this month which seem ok.
Carry on crystaldash

ChazsBrilliantAttitude · 14/08/2012 17:47

OP if you do need RL support then I suggest you contact Women's Aid or the police. You haven't explained the "shiner" but that would be an assault the police would take seriously.

Vagaceratops · 14/08/2012 17:47

Except in another thread her youngest DC was 9, in this post she has three children under 10.

DameEnidSpink · 14/08/2012 17:47

OP if you have a phone you can ring the police and you can ring Women's Aid.

That is all that you need to do. Sod his parents coming. Do not put up with his abuse a minute longer.

lurkedtoolong · 14/08/2012 17:48

Why unbelievable? Crystal, please don't wait until after the weekend. There will always be a reason you can't leave. Take your children, contact the police and go.

MrsRobertDuvallHasRosacea · 14/08/2012 17:49

Don't believe this one.

crystaldash · 14/08/2012 17:49

On other threads I have altered my dc ages so I didn't get outed. I am sorry if you don't believe me. Am leaving now. Just wanted some support.

DameEnidSpink · 14/08/2012 17:49

Vag, I often change the ages / gender of my DCs in order to try to retain some anonymity as I tend to overshare on MN, so that means nothing.

amillionyears · 14/08/2012 17:52

True vag.And some posts are when drunk.
But I believe you.

fryingpantoface · 14/08/2012 17:57

I believe you.

If it ends up being a troll, I won't be ashamed I was mistaken.

If it isn't a troll then someone knows I'm listening

amillionyears · 14/08/2012 17:59

agree with fryingpantoface.

BlackberryIce · 14/08/2012 18:13

Was going to say make sure you delete history!

StealthPolarBear · 14/08/2012 18:13

hmm maybe

lurkedtoolong · 14/08/2012 18:17

Saddened in so many ways by this thread. If it is true then feel exceptionally sad for OP that this is happening and that so many women don't believe someone's claim of domestic violence. If OP is a troll then it's pretty shocking that someone would choose DV as a topic for their own amusement. But I'll stick with my guns and believe it's true and reiterate my call for OP to take her children and leave right now. I'd rather fall for a troll than not offer support.

redlac · 14/08/2012 18:19

Apologies for being flippant earlier. Please don't wait til the weekend - get him out now or find somewhere safe for you and your childrenj

AgathaFusty · 14/08/2012 18:20

I wish people would just report posts that they think are trolling. None of us know if any OP is genuine or not. We take things on face value, or we don't. But potentially cutting off someones support in such a situation by screaming troll and making clever arsed comments, instead of reporting it as per the guidelines, is just not on.

amillionyears · 14/08/2012 18:24

Agree with AF

Im not good at spotting them, but they soon become very apparent if they are,to some people.

This poster has been posting for quite some time. Please carry on op

Svrider · 14/08/2012 18:32

Crystal, please ring women's aid
Please get out
Remember this is as "good" as it gets, it'll only get worse
I'm finding it very easy to imagine you locked in your house, with your boys, no phone, no Internet
Please don't let this happen
Good luck
Find the courage

StealthPolarBear · 14/08/2012 18:35

I ahve reported. And it's not the claims of DV that I don't believe, it's the speed that this all happened

lovebunny · 14/08/2012 18:37

there is no excuse for filming in the bedroom without your knowledge.

BlackberryIce · 14/08/2012 18:40

Speed of what stealth?

Doubt op will be back nowSad

Well done! Mumsnet at it's worst..

OlympiaMumsnet · 14/08/2012 18:53

AHEM

crystaldash · 14/08/2012 18:55
