Post it means Emotionally Unavailable Man. I don't know what else to call him. I've tried to break it off with him but we both miss each other and I figure lifes too short to miss someone, at least atm, strange as it sounds.

Not the potatoes, I cannot view them, but had plenty message me on POF.

The green faces are for who/what you look like Grin.

ChaoticismyLife · 30/04/2012 16:12

The only answer to them suggesting that you're up for it is 'I might be but not with you.' Grin

ChaoticismyLife · 30/04/2012 16:17

lubey hope you feel better soon.

lovesineffable · 30/04/2012 16:19

I think the comparisons were made mainly on the basis of hair colour Blush

i'm often tempted to reply in that vein Chaotic, but then engaging with them at all is like feeding them
Really the level of intellect on POF seems lower than on hook up sites Confused

Hello :)

been working today which is a bit of a shock to the system. Then had a cello lesson.

Mr Nice and I are meeting tomorrow. Up to third date now. He has the day off work and so we are seeing each other :)

Have had a very long message from a different person on OKC - went on for several paragraphs. And was coherent and in sentences so will reply at some point. Too much stuff and not enough time to do it in it feels but all is well.

No idea why that posted twice Hmm

ChaoticismyLife · 30/04/2012 16:57

I have actually had a message on POF that had good spelling and grammar and paragraphs. Only problem is he is 5ft 8in and lives further than I'm willing to travel atm

TimeForMeAndDD · 30/04/2012 17:00

Hey lubey! Sorry you're not feeling so good, hope you start to feel better soon. Great news about date five, something to look forward to, and YES, you can have chocolate, It's a scientific fact that the calories aren't absorbed by the body when you have a stinking cold, the stinking cold gets them all instead, so you go ahead Smile

TimeForMeAndDD · 30/04/2012 17:01

Oops forgot to add, hair do is on the 10th of May so a bit to wait yet. First available appointment I could make.

ChaoticismyLife · 30/04/2012 17:08

I looked at hair colours in Morrisons earlier but they were mainly blond or brunette colours so I'll wait until I go into town and look in Boots or Superdrug.

1oth May is when they're coming to fix my window.

MyLittleMiracle · 30/04/2012 17:12

lubey hope you feel better soon. No news from me. Will update if there ever is any.

TimeForMeAndDD · 30/04/2012 17:19

Gosh Chaotic, that's a long time to have to wait for your window to be fixed! Are you going to go for one of those vivid red colours? Schwarzkop Live Color ones?

ChaoticismyLife · 30/04/2012 17:26

That's housing association for you Time. Luckily it's a double glazed window and it's the outside pane that has the hole in. I did had a silent giggle to myself when I phoned up and announced that there was a hole in my front window to be met with complete silence Grin

Wrt hair colour, I'm not going for one of the Live Color ones. I was looking at L'Oreal online and there are some nice shades of red/copper in their ranges. It's just that Morrisons doesn't stock that particular range.

I was thinking along the lines of copper

or more likely something like this one amber

Haven't made a decision yet though.

ChaoticismyLife · 30/04/2012 17:29

Oops, must go, got my class tonight and missed Wednesday's because it had been raining all day and I didn't feel like going out.

TimeForMeAndDD · 30/04/2012 17:34

I love the amber colour. I dyed my hair a similar colour once, complete accident, must have been a wrong dye in the box. I liked it though.

Milkandlotsofwineplease · 30/04/2012 18:09

Evening all,

Could I just have a childish strop for a moment please? I sent friend requests to all the people I was hanging around with at the commercial I was filming yesterday, Everybody has accepted except that cute guy that I liked? WHY do I repel every man I find attractive? wtf is wrong with me?

Also My Open Relationship came back from his hols yesterday. I haven't heard from him yet, and I just know he will be spending tonight with his fricking girlfriendSad I wish she would fall down a big hole.

God that was a rant but I'm just feeling sooooo disheartened at the moment. Anyway, off to see my lovely Rufus Wainwright at the Lyceum Theatre now. AT least he never lets me down.

MirandaWest · 30/04/2012 18:18

My curtain rail has parted company with the wall. Well the bit screwed into the wall has come off so one half can't be supported. Am not sure thus is exactly ideal. Can't remember if XH took electric drill with him when he left. Will ask him when he comes round (v soon) to be with children while I help at brownies. Do wish I were slightly more useful at DIY......

MsCellophane · 30/04/2012 18:58

I've just had a message from a man saying he thinks we will get on. The cheeky git has stolen the words of my profile, just changed me/you around

my words... Yes, I know it says intimate encounter, I chose it. What it doesn't mean is I'm up for ANY bloke who wants sh@g. I want someone that is interesting and can hold a conversation, someone to have fun with (and not just THAT kind of fun on it's own) If all I wanted was an 0rg@sm, I'd use my rabbit. Most of all I want to respect the person that engages with me and be respected in return

his words...I would like to meet someone that is fun, interesting and can hold a conversation, someone to have a giggle with. If all you wanted was an orgasm you'd use a rabbit, I'd do something similar with a different animal??! Most of all I want to respect the person that engages with me and be respected in return

Shock How rude!

MyLittleMiracle · 30/04/2012 19:13

God damned cheek of it. I mean to get a message saying that he would also be grateful of an intelligent conversation and a laugh, okay (if its true) but god sheer cheek of him.

lovesineffable · 30/04/2012 19:19

not just rude MsC it also shows a spectacular lack of imagination/mental capacity.
On a casual site that I have a profile on there have suggestions for profiles, these are appallingly cheesy and naff 'hi I'm a horny hotty' kind of thing
quite a few blokes have just copied the suggested profile text.wft makes them think it's a good idea Confused
fuckin' retardsHmm

Snapespeare · 30/04/2012 19:34

watch. Any news?

I'm just back from a coffee date with the 26 yearbold colleague who sent me a cockic last year. How do you think that went.....? Hmm
