Zanywany · 29/10/2011 17:33

Good you got a local friend and amazing sex out of it Lubey

TimeForMeIsFree · 29/10/2011 17:37

Ooh zany he is a bit of a dish!! Grin

Was it a firm handshake or a limp one?

Zanywany · 29/10/2011 17:40

Definately a firm one so there is potential Grin

TimeForMeIsFree · 29/10/2011 17:41

Grin ooh I'm excited for you!!

If you get a handshake and a pat on the back tonight you know you are making progress Grin

TimeForMeIsFree · 29/10/2011 17:42

He has nice teeth zany, I love nice teeth.

Zanywany · 29/10/2011 17:45

I'll be gutted and frustrated disappointed if I don't get a snog Grin

TimeForMeIsFree · 29/10/2011 17:46

Grin you will have to leap on him zany, When he does in for the handshake pull his arm so bloody hard that he falls onto your lips!

Zanywany · 29/10/2011 17:54

I can't exactly invite him in for a snog coffee because the dog will jump on him. When Mr Body came back for coffee -a snog-- whilst we were getting friendly on the sofa the dog was licking his ear Grin

And I wonder why I'm single

TimeForMeIsFree · 29/10/2011 17:58

Grin have you not got a cupboard under the stairs where you can hide the dog? Or can you slip it a sleeping tablet or something??

You never know, he might like having his ear licked! Grin

Zanywany · 29/10/2011 18:11

Think I will have to find a bribing chew to give to her in case we come back. I will probably get a peck on the cheek Grin

lubeybooby · 29/10/2011 18:13

Zany :o you can't just not invite him in because of the dog though surely. Can't you stick the dog in the garden for half an hour or another room or summat? A girl needs a decent snog and grope kiss sometimes. Maybe not tonight but soon... Wink

I have been known to put my cats outside then close the dining room door so they still have access to outside and their food and water but can't jump all over my visitor demanding fuss when it's time for MY fuss

lubeybooby · 29/10/2011 18:17

Oh cross posted. Yes chew distraction for the dog! Excellent :o

watchoutforthatsnail · 29/10/2011 18:21

lol. zany. i get the dog thing.
mine does that
he likes to lick mens faces.
it makes me laugh. i dont think it amuses them

and dont even get me started on him watching when i have sex. His bed is in my room, he doesnt like being shut out of rooms, it stresses him out. but it has put men off before. i just find it terribly funny.

Zanywany · 29/10/2011 18:25

The dog isn't allowed upstairs but I think he might find it a bit odd if I said to come in for a snog coffee and then took the coffee mugs upstairs. She could go completely the other way and try and lie down on him and snuggle up to him Grin

TimeForMeIsFree · 29/10/2011 18:27

Have you got a cat flap lubey? And no, that's not a euphemism Grin I'm wondering whether I should get one but my friend has a cat who brings in rats and fish and lots of other nasty things and I couldn't cope with that!! Also, while I'm hijacking, do you put your cats out at night or do they stay indoors? I would like Lulu to stay indoors but she sits on the window sill looking longingly outside, I think when she is eventually allowed out she will love it out there and may not want to come in!!

Grin at your dog watch the pervert!!

hatesponge · 29/10/2011 18:42

zany good luck with your date tonight! and agree you have to find some way to occupy the dog so you can invite Mr Yacht in for a coffee snog :)

My earlier high spirits have waned, I haven't heard from him. Boo. And I know I said it doesn't matter, and it really doesn't, but I thought I would.

Spoke to my best mate about it, she is convinced he is married (I'm not so sure, I just think he prob didn't like me that much!)

lubeybooby · 29/10/2011 18:43

I have got a cat flap Time yes and when I close my dining room door it means they only have acess to the dining room, outside and the kitchen. Very handy if I need them out of the way for a bit.

As rescue cats and with me being on a main road I had to agree to keep them in, so mine were housecats for three years, til I left the door open when gardening this year and discovered that they are not the slightest bit bothered about going out front near the road.

I was a bit worried about them wandering but spayed females are pretty good I think, only had one disappearing act for 24 hours once.

I let them do as they please at night, I think most cat people would say keep them in at night as that's when they are most likely to get runover apparently but I found it too much of a pain getting them in and rounding them up so i could close the catflap. Literally herding cats! Not easy :o so i let them get on with it. I think they mostly stay in anyway though.

I do get the odd present yes. A few mice and a bird. It's no big deal to me I just arm myself with loads of kitchen paper and drop whatever it is in the outside bin.

Unlikely to be married if he managed an overnighter with you sponge... what makes her think that?

OP posts:
watchoutforthatsnail · 29/10/2011 18:51

sponge - you said you didnt think he wanted a relationship. it will be that. not you.

you need to think of it this way. you met a nice man. you fancied him. he fancied you. You had a lot of fun, it was perfect as it was. The fact he doesnt want to take it futher is no reflection on you, just a reflection on where he is with his life just now.

I had the same thing with mr epic sex. I could have hung out with him for weeks. But he didnt want a relationship, and i wouldnt have been able to seriously date him. What we did have was some amazing sex and im happy about that.

You had sex, with someone you liked. this is a good thing :)

TimeForMeIsFree · 29/10/2011 18:53

Thanks for that lubey Smile Lot's for me to think about. She has to stay in for 3/4 weeks anyway then I can let her out for 10 minutes on an empty stomach so that she comes in for food but I'm already worrying that she might decide to not come in at all.

sponge keep thinking positive, he may well be in touch yet, the night is young. And like lubey says, he can hardly be married when he managed an overnighter.
