Lubey I kind of think the same as you, that staying out all night makes it unlikely. Mate is v cynical about men generally so you have to slightly take her views in that context :) She thinks married/gf based on:

His profile on POF is hidden;

He said he lives with his dad (she reckons this is a ruse because he actually lives with a wife/gf and therefore claims to live with parent to cover fact he cant have people back!)

and when we were shagging he said I love you several times. I figured heat of moment, no significance but she thinks its cos thats what he's used to saying when with his wife...

TimeForMeIsFree · 29/10/2011 18:57

What watch said.

Zanywany · 29/10/2011 19:00

Righ in a panic now. Been sitting here Mn'ing and sipping wine and just realised I have 45 mins to hoover, clean floor, bat, try 7 different outfits, apply make up twice and change the sheets. Ahhhhh

lubeybooby · 29/10/2011 19:00

I think the same as you sponge and that your mate is being overly cynical there

Actually sponge back in the olden days when I used to have sex, I had sex with a man who told me he loved me, which shocked me, but he explained it was something he felt at the time, that the sex was good and he was carried away with the emotion of it and out came those words. Although it was a very long time a go I don't think things have changed all that much so it's quite possible your man was enjoying himself and got carried away with the moment.

Anyway, sod your friend, like watch says, you had a good time so just enjoy the moment. Enjoy that you had sex!!! Envy If he does contact you and things are developing then question him on all the things that are bothering you.

TimeForMeIsFree · 29/10/2011 19:03

Change the sheets first zany, you can get away with the rest by not turning the lights on.

Watch I know you're right. I'm such an egotist and think I'm a great person shag it surprises me when men don't want to see me again Blush

Lubey, she did say that she was offering the cynical viewpoint!

Zany, hope you are now getting ready changing sheets and not still on here :)

watchoutforthatsnail · 29/10/2011 19:07

change hte sheets, leave the lgihts on low

there will have been booze. he wont be paying attention to anything else.

sponge - overly cynical. promise. Its was just a lovely encounter. enjoy it for that, and feel no shame for enjoying it for that.

lubeybooby · 29/10/2011 19:11

Shiney you are very pretty and a size 14 is NOTHING! My aim with dieting is to be a 16, I'm currently an 18. I would also be really over the moon with being a 14.

A 14 is perfect curves wise in my opinion and I would be very very confident at that size. Very!

I was very confident at a 16 and I had many sucessful dates and sort of relationship type things with some very gorgeous men back then! Only reason nothing 'took hold' as it were was because that wasn't what I wanted then.

sponge - you are awesome. but its not a reflection on you. PROMISE. I have often thought the same. lol. BUT sometimes, its just down to being not the right time. We have had times when we dont want to be in a relationship ( and thats fine) and he is allowed that too. He fancied you. You had fun, be pleased and let you ego be boosted than you pulled somone hot.

Shiney - pah. we all get like that sometimes ( i do ALL the time) you are lovely you know that. Size really isnt an issue ( only women seem to judge) in any case, most men like boobs. wear something dangerously low cut and he wont notice anything else ( this is my default position!)

Seriously a 14 is gorgeous. I used to get chatted up all the time and would have been confident enough to approach anyone on a dating site when I was a 16. I often did and got a whole load more replies than I do now. I used to approach men myself sometimes then as well at a 16 and buy them a drink. I was very confident and very sucessful :o I so need to get back to that again it was so much FUN :o

watch, thank you :) I will try not to dwell! And he was v v good looking. Quite hairy actually (you may well have approved!), v dark and Italian looking (this is probably cos he is Italian...). Id share his username on POF but as he's hidden you wont be able to find him.

Shiney, agree with everyone that a size 14 is nothing to be concerned about, and like Watch says if in doubt a little cleavage works wonders :) I am closer to a 16 than a 14 at present but have been everything from a 12 to a 22 over the years and it really made v little difference to the men I attracted they were all shit Grin (actually some of them were pretty hot)

and I like the outfit too, though if it were me would probably go for something a bit more low cut [shameless hussy emoticon] :)
